The accommodation is in a great location close to the lake and the city center. The room was clean and had everything you need. The staff is very nice and helpful thank you again at this point. They gave us extra breakfast to take away when we had to catch the train very early in the morning.

The entrance is through an industrial door that the hosts open for you when you push a buzzer. Again, on the way out, they have to open it for you. Whilst this system works ok, it can feel a little restrictive.

This homestay is well located on the southern edge of Lake Kandy, 5/10 minute walk to the city centre and the Temple of the Tooth and the Cultural Centre. Our large room overlooked the lake and was comfortable with a kettle and air-con. Breakfast was huge and varied with different Sri Lankan dishes every day, along with eggs, toast, fruit etc. Our hosts were extremely keen to please, friendly and helpful with local.knowledge and a laundry service .

I do not have any complaints except that the place on the maps was not yet available, so we saved the location and used the same.

Management was very sweet.They did receive us well and breakfast was great. We got a room which had lake view. Location is also nearby all the attractions and in the centre. Overall very nice experience. I would recommend this place.

The view from the room is to be developed as i spoke with the kind manager. They have a plan to extend few more rooms with view of tooth relic.

The staff welcome us very warmly. location is superb, close to all iconic historical places in Kandy city. Staff was happily attending all our requirements. i extend my thanks to all for founding this place.

Very unprofessional and arrogant. Anurudda the person incharge dont care the customers. Very rude. The total room cost at booking. Com was mentioned USD 64.80 but it was charged USD 72 against us and. Mr. Anurudda told us that some local taxes added. Very strange and I don't recomend anyone to choose this property. Very bad hotel with low class manager Anurudda.

The biggest thing for me is crossing the very busy road from the lakeside sidewalk to the street leading to the guesthouse. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable place to spend my time in Kandy.

The best was the warmth and care given by Mr Anuruddha and Mr. Priyantha, his assistant. Because I booked for 6 nights, they provided a mini-fridge and an electric kettle for my room. Everything here is spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were delicious and always too much for me to eat it all. Because I planned extra days here to rest, I decided to also pay for an individually cooked dinner most nights. It was always very well prepared and delicious. One day, I also had a Sri Lankan cooking class/demonstration and there was enough food for my lunch and dinner! The location is very good, close to the center and across the street from Kandy Lake. But, note there are two levels of steps to get to some of the rooms. But, up there is a beautiful view of the lake and Temple of the Tooth on the other side of the lake. This is an excellent value for the price.

Uncomfortable bed, WiFi was terrible, there’s no daily room service, the access to the place is horrible if you wanna hang out outside as the main access door of apartment is locked. We had to wait outside lat least half an hour, thx to some local ppl that they called the owner and finally we could access to the building.

A bit hard to find the first time

Great location right by the lake. In walking distance to the temple and restaurants. Clean and comfortable stay. Huge breakfast provided. Enjoyed our stay!

Home away from home. A Hidden gem.Neat and very clean Rooms Excellent Location bang near city center mall Kandy Lake and Golden tooth. Right From the time we reached till we left... THE Manager Mr Anurudh took utmost care to look after all our needs from break fast which was awesome till guidance on going around Kandy. He was indeed very helpful. Must visit again

Nothing really. It was more than OK.

Although being in the city with everything in walking distance, (also the noisy traffic), the room was quiet thanks to the double isolation. The manager was nervous at the beginning but is really helpful and friendly and takes care of his customers. (He even made sure the taxi driver we ordered ourselfes didn't scam us.)

The staff was very helpful and kind. We felt very welcomed when arriving. Very comfortable beds and the room was one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The location is perfect. You have view over Kandy lake and can see the tooth temple on the other side of the lake. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the center. The breakfast is fantastic, a lot of food and fruit. If you stay in Kandy this is the perfect place.

Everything was very good , we had lakewiev from the balcony. Close to the road but still quiet, close to the center. The owner was very helpful . The breakfast was excellent .
