Just a small point which did not really accured as a so called dislike, Online, it looks closer to the beach than it actually is. In case you are there just for a short visit, that does not bother too much. In case you want to stay longer, maybe it will be better to get somewhere closer. For me, it was no big deal. Further than that, there is nothing to mention.

Speaking for my wife: Very cute and cozy hotel in a very nice area close to the beach. In case you require pick up/drop off from/to the airport, the hotel team is offering to organize everything with a small amount of extra charge. So already from the start you feel very comfortable and welcomed and taken care of, especially when traveling alone as a woman. The whole team has a warm and family like behavior, which makes you feel like you enter the home of a very close friend, not a hotel. While checking in, you receive a deliciously tasty welcome drink, which, for me, was a huge benefit as I was really thirsty after a long and hot day at various airports. Usually, eating in hotels is not as good as local food but not here! These chefs are creating magic, and in case you are able to leave continental or american stuff aside and try the real sri lanka food, you will for sure be satisfied! I personally loved it and can highly recommend the Salt restaurant. Rooms are modern with air-condition, wifi minibar, providing a comfortable and fulfilling atmosphere, and if you still need something, lovely reception will help you out. I m happy, and in case I am back, Terrace Green Hotel will be my go-to place. Thank you very much for your lovely service.

There isn't really anything we didn't like. If I have to comment on something, there is no elevator, however, they have people to carry your bags up the stairs.

This hotel has everything you need, even one of the best restaurants in Negombo. The staff are super friendly and lovely. The hotel has lots to offer (we got a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony), you can get a massage and they offer free airport pickup too. The rooms are big and spacious and a big bed too!

Friendly, very professional personnel. First class restaurant downstairs, no need to leave the hotel premises if you're looking for a good meal. Exellent Spa, a real treat if you are leaving for a flight or have just arrived.

We had a warm welcome from the staff and a lovely room with balcony. The hotel is in walking distance to the restaurants/main road. We especially wanna mention the awesome food in the restaurant! If possible not only eat your breakfast there but also stay for dinner :) the food is so delicious and the waiter Vijay is so kind and attentive! Thank you for everything!

I arrived unexpectedly at the Terrace Green Hotel having missed a flight. The staff were unbelievable in making me feel welcome and accommodating me despite not expecting my arrival at the time. I booked a spa treatment and it was superb. My room was comfortable large and spacious

Great location, a short walk to the beach and to some good restaurants. Staff were very friendly and informative. Trevin in particular was fantastic and very helpful. The spa is also a lovely addition and was great for a relaxing massage. Definitely happy with the stay here!

The only thing we didn't like, and it was beyond the hotels ability to deal, was the sound of dogs fighting one night in the street nearby. Other than that it is not possible to fault the staff or the venue

It was a bit difficult to line up a transfer to our next hotel for the start of our tour. Hotel Taxi prices are over the top(US$30 for a 15min journey). We finally got a ride share(Pick Me Sri Lanka) for 1600rupees( about AUD $8) With many thanks to the front desk staff for their help.

It was comfortable& welcome after a long flight. The breakfast, which was included, was very tasty& filling. The complimentary pick up from the airport was very welcome.

Very clean and luxurious. We were lucky to have the availability of an early check-in after a long travel. The breakfast is high class and they put a lot of effort in the service. The location is a bit off the main street so its quiet but walkable!

From the welcoming through out the whole stay was just great und all the staff where very helpful. I have received special food to recover of my stomach problem and I could travel home feeling much better. The Hotel is a hidden “Gem” with Spa.. pick up and drop of service to and from the airport.
