5000 Rupees for breakfast is quite steep in comparison to anywhere else we stayed but then we don’t know what they offer. It didn’t bother us because we didn’t need it.

Some people will find it hard to walk but 2/3 floors. The rolls sometimes get slightly warm.

Great views from our mountain facing room. The hospitality of a Sanju was amazing in addition to the wonderful b’fast we ate daily during our stay. After a few days we were travelling to Nuwara Eliyah and asked for help in booking a comfortable car for our family and Sanju helped arrange this. We booked 2 rooms which were clean and had extra large beds.

owner is simply an angel ☺️🤗 he is one of the nicest people I met in Sri Lanka, extremely helpful and very friendly with great English! Always replies in one minute to our message. the room is large and very nice, the view is amazing! the best breakfast in sri lanka. overall 10/10 and we would recommend to anyone!

Incredible sunrise/sunset views over Kandy from our bedroom, balcony and breakfast area. Short walk downhill to city centre and temple of the tooth. Welcoming and helpful staff who go above and beyond. Tasty breakfast!

This property though a little way out of the centre is worth it. Beautiful view, clean and very helpful staff. Great shower and kitchen facilities available to prepare quick snacks etc.

We received a room with a side view of the mountain, but the common balcony was exceptionally beautiful, especially for sunrise. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. The room itself was good, nothing exceptional. We would have appreciated a breakfast included as well. Also note that the accommodation is not super easy for drivers to find, but the staff can help lead their way.

Beautiful home stay property with amazing views over the jungle. Rooma clean and a good size with a great balcony. Hosted by Sanjeeva who is one of the most helpful people we have met. Property about 30 minutes walk from Kandy lake but 5 minutes in tuk tuk.

Amazing views of the surrounding area around kandy, it is a little bit outside the main city (20 mins walk or 5 mins tuk tuk) but it is quieter. Room was spacious and clean, and the host Ramani took good care of us. Her employee Sanjeewa also deserves a special mention as he was extremely helpful and welcoming and helped us out throughout our stay. Would recommend

The place was neat and the view was spectacular. We spent all day exploring Kandy and the area so barely have time to interact with the owners. But the room was nice.

It was such a lovely stay! The room was spacious and clean and the view is unbeatable. We woke up to Monkeys walking on wires in front of the room and the sunrise on Kandy. The staff and Sanjive are incredible and oh my… the breakfast 🥹

Really enjoyed this place. Liked the fact that it’s up high and a bit out of town (can walk to the lake in about 15-20 mins). The view (especially morning and evening) from the balcony is magic. Plenty of monkey and chipmunk action. Very nice shared kitchen. Recommend!

Beauty Hills was by far the nicest and cleanest accommodation we have had here so far. The view over Kandy is breathtaking and the rooms are huge. The beds were also very cosy and above all very, very clean. You have peace and quiet here and can get up the mountain super quickly and cheaply with a tuk tuk. Everything you want or need to see is in the immediate vicinity. I can only recommend anyone travelling to Kandy to stay here.
