We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LuxembourgThe room was very spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect- close to the big park, some temples, train station and to the center of the city. The personel is very nice and helpful. The srilankan breakfast was excellent and delicious! One of the best we had in Sri Lanka! There is also a rooftop with a view on the city. We really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely recommended!

Staff: so warm and welcoming and really nice to chat to, they also turned our laundry around in one day and it was only 600 rupees per kilo Location: within walking distance of a lot of sites and right next to a supermarket if you need supplies. Room: clean and comfortable, couldn't fault it. Towels nice and fresh and soft too. Breakfast: for only 1,500 rupees we got an omelet, Sri Lankan curries and rotti (the best we had in our 2 week trip), fresh fruit, watermelon juice, and tea or coffee - a bargain and it was all really delicious. Also a water cooler to help yourself. Facilities - there's a lovely rooftop area with good views of the city and it's just a nice place to relax or play games

United KingdomLocation is so so as it’s next to a canal which can be really smelly. But nothing to complain about as you won’t feel it while at the hotel. More if you wonder around.
Amazing rooftop to watch the sunset, the room it very simple but clean and with an AC. Great value for money. As soon as we arrived we were greeting with two bottles of water and found 2 extra in the room (sometimes there’s none). That’s an extra mile from a friendly staff.

Great location. The staff were extremely friendly. The air-conditioning and fan were excellent. There was a kitchen upstairs but we did not use this.

From the very beginning we felt that we are in good hands - a very helpful hotel manager which showed us around - the hotel has some unique features like 24h open kitchen area at disposal of the hotel guests or the roof terrace with an amazing view (picture attached). In a walking distance there are some good restaurants, you can take a tuk-tuk to the very centre at a cost of a 1$ (yes, one US dollar). After checkout, we were allowed to keep our belongings in a storage room at no extra cost. The hotel manager also helped us with a taxi to the airport - we ordered ourselves by Uber and the driver was not helpful at all.

Clean modern property, comfortable bed, water on arrival, quiet, except when guests close the doors, great view from the terrace, walking distance to the park and national museum.

Clean, simple rooms and comfortable bed. Loved the rooftop terrace which is great to hang out at during the midday heat. We received a free room upgrade as we were traveling with baby. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was plenty and tasty. Loved the fruit platter option. Quiet location in central area.
