From your private balcony you will have an amazing view over Kandy. It's perfect for people whom enjoy a peaceful stay near the hectic city. The rooms are modern and super clean and you will have a nice warm shower with good water pressure. Nice pool en friendly staff that cook great food and help you with everything. Oh and bonus, fresh flowers and balloons in the room :)

Room was on the fourth floor , should have planned a Lift in the building .

Nice location , road was bit up hill , So the vehicle found it a bit difficult to pull. Good friendly staff. I settled my bills , after that had four cups of tea with my friends , when i went to pay that they refuse to take money and was so friendly to make it as a gift for us. As i booked it on booking.com , i have to book another place for my driver as it was not included in the package. , They were so nice they gave the driver also free accommodation with there workers . Good friendly place.

We checked into our room and were met by at least 20 different bugs crawling very near the end of the bed. The room was not clean. We told reception this and they said they would clean it while we were out exploring. We came back to the room which had less bugs but the same amount of dirt. We were moved to another room that only had bugs in the bathroom. It was 9pm and we had no other option so we stayed. We spent the next 20-30 minutes getting rid of bugs to make it slightly comfortable for sleep. The following morning, we told him again that there were bugs which we were met with “ok”. We skipped breakfast as a result and tried to spend as little time as possible in the property. We were just glad we had only booked 2 nights. There is a vent in the bathrooms that does not close which not only lets in a lot of noise from the hallways, but is the root cause of the bugs. There is also no doors to the bedrooms so it is no wonder that there is so many bugs in the rooms. When we checked out, the man on the front desk simply wouldn’t accept that there was any issue and wouldn’t do anything to remedy the issues we had. Overall, it seemed they were just glad to have our money and didn’t seem to mind that we were quite unhappy with every element of our stay.

The views over the mountains are the reason we booked this property. The man on the front desk is lovely and did all he could to help. However, it did not make up for all that was wrong with this property.

Once the reservation done. We call them to recheck, and they said, the rooms have been over booked. They’ve asked us to cancel from our side. It was a non-refundable booking. I couldn’t cancel the booking. I requested for a waive off and informed them. They said will cancel it, but until now they haven’t done it.

The restaurant js basic. There is no food after 9pm. Our room was in the 2nd floor and there was no lift. No bathroom accessories was given.

Toilets can be heard from corridor, other ventilation technology needs to be considered, access from the main road to the property can be challenging or difficult even with a small car as the property is located at top of a hill. No power during national power cuts.

We booked the two bedroom apartment as a family of five unfortunately it wasn’t great. The air-conditioning didn’t work in one of the bedrooms the whole place needed quite a bit of money spending on it. The pool was absolutely freezing and one of my children cut his knee and toe in the small pool. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work you only get on very randomly for a short amount of time. We were meant to stay for two nights but only stayed for one.

The staff are all very helpful and do everything they can to help you. The breakfast was nice and the views are lovely.

Road leading to Hitel under construction, very noisy due to maintenance work on hotel ground, thin walls.

Staff was very friendly, they even prepared packed breakfast for us when we left early in the morning.

At 5:00 in the morning and 6:00 in the evening radio plays loud prays for 30 minutes, it is impossible to sleep or relax. Safe box does not work. Wi-fi connection is horrible.
