We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Sri LankaAll the noises from the galle road can be disturbing. Will make them more comfortable if they can arrange techniques to avoid sound from outside the road.
There is a pub and stuff if you really want to have food, liquor and chill. The rooms were clean, safe and comfortable. The staff is really friendly, cooperative, helpful and professional.

this is the second time I stayed this property, its value for money, rpooms have TV and very good internet a must for me , paid more and had crap internet in many hotels In sri Lanka. The location suited my requirements also has onsite bar/ restuarant and pizzaria all prices in them up this due to the current economical situation. All staff very friendly, there has been some changes since my last visit on December 2023 so an ongoing traing programme is recommended by management

IrelandUnfortunately, the room was more run down than appears in the photos and not the cleanest. Rooms need some work done. Lights not working, curtains old & stained, furniture old & worn etc.Only one towel provided!? Our room for the first night was facing the street and was extremely nosiy! We moved to a different room for our second night and it was quieter. This hotel was ok for one night but probably wouldn't book here again.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to the beach but on a very busy road. Good value.

The manager was helpful and did his best as was the security but the other receptionists weren't very interested. The wifi was ok, ac was strong and location is nice. Plenty of restaurants around. Room was mostly clean. We'd stay again purely because of the manager. The room size is pretty big and with a desk.
