Absolutely nothing. Only thing I might suggest (and this is by no means a criticism), is that the evening meals could be a bit more creative. The sushi is a good start but the rest feels a little like 'fast food'

This hotel tries to give it's guests a little luxury experience and it does not disappoint. The staff, all of them, go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble and to be honest we felt a little guilty during some of our requests. We are simply not used to being treated in such an exceptional manner. A huge thank you to the hotel manager and all of your staff. Definitely a hotel that I'd love to return to. It is in the centre of town next door to the Temple of the Tooth. (It would be a great place to watch the Perahera.)

Conveniently located in the middle of the city. Very close to important places and restaurants. Although, parking is not available the staff helped me to find parking slots near the hotel.

The food at the restaurant is not that good… you can go and eat outside. But it’s a shame that the restaurant is not as good as the rest of the hotel

The room was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt very well during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helped us with anything we needed! The location is perfect! In the center, close to everything!

The room we had was very small and with a cot, there wasn't much room to move around. The travel cot they provided us was very uncomfortable and we had to request for towels to put under the very thin mattress as they said they did not have another cot available.

The hotel is in a great location right next to the temple and easy access to walk everywhere. The room had a balcony overlooking the busy streets below which was nice to sit and watch in the evenings. Breakfast was great with lots of choice.

Booked Royal suite and premium room.The royal suite looked out onto the roof of apartments, could see people showering etc, not what you would expect for the price we paid.Dogs barking all night .The second room was supposed to be a balcony room but you could not even stand on it as it was so small, the view was peoples washing hanging up !! Food not great, no variety!

Perfect welcoming with drinks and local snacks. Very clean and spacious rooms with everything you need. Perfect location to explore Kandy and closer sightseeing areas in Sigiriya and Dambulla. Staff is very helpful, they arrange whatever you need/ask including airport pick up. Accepts credits cards (important in Sri Lanka). Has very satisfying breakfast and offers lunch/dinner options since they have a restaurant in the property.

Internet issues. No hot water in the shower. Several menu items were unavailable. Significant construction noise for rooms along the western wall of the hotel.

Great location that is an easy walk to Temple of the Tooth and other important sites. Very nice breakfast. Professional staff.

View was looking at other people’s washing hanging out, people sleeping rough, opposite us were run down buildings where we could see people showering and these rooms seemed to be for drivers of tour companies. Continuous banging from building work adjacent to our suite, very annoying! Breakfast selection set up in main lobby walk through as there was no room in dining area, very weird, we chose our food whilst people are checking in and out,design not great if you can not accommodate food in dining area! Overpriced hotel, if it was not near the temple, the charges would be much lower.This is a “one night only hotel”.

The location was great for temple, about a 5 min walk. Booked Radh suite for four people, however the suite was too small for 4 and I ended up booking another room. Breakfast was average, more suited for Asian palate, not much of a selection. Lovely Spa Ceylon toiletries,a nice touch..

From the moment you enter the hotel you are treated like royalty. Refreshments are provided and a small snack until you check in. The rooms are very modern and clean. Free mini bar drinks/snacks. We also had our room decorated for our honeymoon which was a sweet touch. Breakfast is varied between local food and english breakfast. The background music played during breakfast was just right. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to assist. We had two dinners at their restaurant and both were also great. A breath of fresh air compared to other stays we had in Sri Lanka - great value for money too!
