We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

CanadaLocation was great and the layout of Thamarai suite was very nice. Generally the staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends.

The hotel is in a great location, and despite busy roads is secluded and quiet. The rooms are built beautifully with lots of space for a large family.

We didn't realise it until last day and when I enquired about it they they gave a refund of Rs4000. There was a delay in supplying linen due to their washing department issue which was not communicated with us properly.
It suits for big families as they have two bedroom suits

AustraliaNo information given on arrival if what is available and specials. In particular we were very disappointed to find out after eating that they had a special christmas eve buffet. This was not on a sign anywhere and wasnt communicated to us and arrival. Also they were unable to change money and unable to swap large sri lankan notes for smaller ones. Especially as most other large hotels in Sri Lanka have been able to do this. No pots or pans provided even though room had a stove and microwave. Also no dish cloth or detergent to be able to wipe dining table after using kitchen.
Nice spacious rooms. The restaurant was very good. Especially the Greek salad.

United KingdomWe booked a suite with private pool. The pool was a jacuzzi and the outside area was very poorly maintained. We had to have the ground and the jacuzzi itself cleaned before we could use it. Then we couldn't use it as it doesn't get warm! The snack bar seemed to be being used as a meeting room throughout our stay so that was unavailable.

Canadanothing to mention. Everything was perfect. Definitely would go back again.
Breakfast was good and the dinning area is very spacious. We stayed in 2- two bed room suite and we got one upgrade with a kitchenette free of charge. Very suitable for families with small children. Staff was very courteous and nice. Very close to Nallur temple. Nice Eating places like Lavine, Dinesh Bakery, Ammachi restaurant. J|afna town is easily accessible by Tuk Tuk.
