Location was great and the layout of Thamarai suite was very nice. Generally the staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends.

The breakfast was not the best we have had in Sri Lanka and I felt the rooms were not often as clean as they could be after house keeping.

The hotel is in a great location, and despite busy roads is secluded and quiet. The rooms are built beautifully with lots of space for a large family.

Food are overpriced comparing its quality and quantity. And the restaurant have no all items in the menu. They thake longer time to response our requests. And swimming pool have no baby pool.or shallow end.

The rooms, arrangements and amnesties are good. WiFi is excellent quality. Staff is frendly.

Kitchen is not up to standard with maintenance, specially the kitchen sink. One room could not be opened on arrival and we need to wait for the maintenance guy to come and fix the issue.

They messed up with my booking, they have allocated us a slightly lower grade room than what we originally booked. We didn't realise it until last day and when I enquired about it they they gave a refund of Rs4000. There was a delay in supplying linen due to their washing department issue which was not communicated with us properly.

No information given on arrival if what is available and specials. In particular we were very disappointed to find out after eating that they had a special christmas eve buffet. This was not on a sign anywhere and wasnt communicated to us and arrival. Also they were unable to change money and unable to swap large sri lankan notes for smaller ones. Especially as most other large hotels in Sri Lanka have been able to do this. No pots or pans provided even though room had a stove and microwave. Also no dish cloth or detergent to be able to wipe dining table after using kitchen.

Breakfast was not worth the money, no filter coffee was available for breakfast service, which I thought was odd. Instead, we were provided sachets of Nescafé to make coffee ourselves, alongside teabags. Sausages was processed hot dogs, overall quality was poor.

The welcome as soon as we arrived was excellent - despite there being a coach load of guests who had arrived at the same time. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, and everything worked very well. The waiters and waitresses were always there to help out, and were polite and kind. The Sri Lankan food was excellent!

Breakfast was ok, mainly Asian foods but decent enough. In general the hotel was very nice, a bit out of the centre on one of the bustling main streets that heads north, but everything is only a short Tuk Tuk away!

We booked a suite with private pool. The pool was a jacuzzi and the outside area was very poorly maintained. We had to have the ground and the jacuzzi itself cleaned before we could use it. Then we couldn't use it as it doesn't get warm! The snack bar seemed to be being used as a meeting room throughout our stay so that was unavailable.

The size of the accommodation. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were very helpful. The grounds were well maintained.

Breakfast was good and the dinning area is very spacious. We stayed in 2- two bed room suite and we got one upgrade with a kitchenette free of charge. Very suitable for families with small children. Staff was very courteous and nice. Very close to Nallur temple. Nice Eating places like Lavine, Dinesh Bakery, Ammachi restaurant. J|afna town is easily accessible by Tuk Tuk.
