A spacious room with a beautiful view on Kandy. The buffet restaurant (breakfast and dinner) is very good. The infinity pool is gorgeous.

There was no hot water, it was quite rainy and cold the day we stayed so would have been nice to have a warm shower. I had a cold shower. Coffee was really bad Driver accommodation and food was included Hoopers station for dinner and omelette station for breakfast was a nice addition Food was ok Dessert was terrible all had gelatin. It looked nice but did not taste good

Two mornings they tried to clean our room and woke us up at 8 am, while we were sleeping, despite of sign “do not bother”.

Beautiful view, amazing pool, wide variety of food, tasty food! Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean room. Fast WiFi.

The restaurant was poor. Only buffet style and overpriced.

The balcony door was a bit old and hard to open and close. We figured out how to work with it and it was barely a problem.

This was one of the most pleasant surprises on our trip. The view is gorgeous, the staff is kind, and the pool is long and right next to the bar, which was very fun. This is a truly special place that I recommend to anyone that's fine with a few minutes of walking on a slope.

Really liked everything!

The hotel is super nice the room was very comfortable very well equipped. The food in the restaurant was also so good the pool was amazing and the view from the pool is outstanding. Amazing place in beautiful Kandy ♡

They did not have our reservation and one the of rooms given at first was very smelly.

The Front Office Manager solved the problem efficiently.

The place is amazing and breathtaking, it’s on top of the hill looking to the Kandy lake, very close to the temple too. The room super big with a swimming pool view. The stuff very nice and welcoming. The only thing that we didn’t appreciate it was the dinner buffet, it could be better and with more options. Definitely we will come back

The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly in the room, it was warm and damp in the room at all times even when adjusting the thermometer. My partner and child suffered with upper respiratory discomfort at night and ended up getting sick. There was mould on the shower ceiling, perhaps due to the lack of ventilation - the decorated mini window in the bathroom was clogged with damp dust, and there was no exhaust fan so there was no air flow. Also the shower screen leaked water all over the floor.

The pool and eating areas were amazing. The room had a great view and was aesthetically pleasing with the decorations inside. The art work along the walls in the corridors were very nice, and the gardens were beautiful.

There was a problem about the shower when we stayed. The water is not very hot.

The most welcomed staff I have confronted. The hotel has a very good swimming pool with the Kandy lake view. Walking distance to the Sri Dalada Maligawa. Good location.

Rooms look completely different from photos. Hotel is very old and not relaxing. Buffet is OK! Ordering something a la cart or drinks at the bar is catastrophic, there are no guests in the whole hotel and u have to wait still around 45/50 minutes to get your order. (A la cart is a joke because they just take the food which is already available at the buffet and put it on separate plates, I don’t understand why they would need 50min for that) look at the pictures I included to the review. Cocktails are disgusting Staff is very slow with everything. NO WIFI AT THE HOTEL! After 11 pm they shut down straight all lights and kicking you out of bar. Even walking through lobby is impossible without your phone light because it’s totally dark and no room or reception service is possible. We’ve been at Thilanka in Dambulla and it was very good! peaceful and worth the money. Can’t recommend the one in Kandy
