We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Sri LankaTV had no content to watch. Pictures were too grainy to watch. Bathroom should have railings to hang towels, etc.
Staff was very courteous in responding to our requests, like preferring to have some dinner instead of breakfast; and promptly attending to an electricity failure in the middle of the night. The meal was very good.

Sri LankaYou have to walk like 700m uphill from the main road to reach the room. The TV was not working perfectly. They didn't provide a night lamp.
The room was so clean and spacious. The bathroom was neat, and they provided towels and toiletries. The garden area was very beautiful and photogenic. The breakfast was good.

The staff is really nice and corporative. The rooms are clean , a very calm and quiet place from a little away from the town of kandy.We only stayed one night, but the freedom and tranquility made us want to spend another night there.

Sri LankaRooms are located separately from the house shown in their pictures. They are built adjoining the road and have no windows or view. It's misleading to say it's a homestay. TV was useless since it has no clear pictures.
Room was spacy and clean with a comfortable bed. Care takers were friendly and you can have meals and tea ordered to your rooms.

Sri LankaVery clean room and bathroom. A/C working fine and hot water is available. Comfortable luxary large bed and it is allowed to share the bed with babies. The breakfast was provided for reasonable price and it was very tasty. Staff is friendly and had a great comfortable stay.
