There was mold in the bathroom and over all it didn‘t look like the pictures. Needs renovation.

The host was nice but couldn‘t speak a lot of english. The location is good if you want to visit the negombo beach.

The only thing that could be better is the cleanliness in the bathroom. It's is a little moldy and dirty in some corners. But it didn't bother us.

It was a nice stay in the tropical garden, Disanka and his family were very friendly and welcoming to us. They also have kids, so our toddler (1.5 years) could interact and play with them. They helped us out with everything we needed, so therefore, I can't say anything negative.

Just a really small negative aspect - there has been only 1 towel for 2 persons, but I am sure that we would have gotten 1 more if we have asked for it - so not really a negative point at all :)

Good location, price has been great for room & breakfast, the room has AC & warm water & the host and his brother helped us with finding a good food spot & taxi to the airport.

Something to improve: Bathroom facilities could have been better. (Wasn't a deal-breaker for me though.) Nothing besides that.

Good location and close to the main beach road (Lewis Place). Was very quiet and there were no disturbances. Room and bathroom were clean. Glad to have the AC to to stay cool especially during daytime. Owners are friendly and helpful. Overall, a good value option if you're looking for a place to stay in Negombo.

Family run guesthouse, very nice people, super friendly hosts. Rooms are clean and spacious, excellent prices and location, 300 meters from the beach.

Nothing really, good value budget homestay

The owners of this family run homestay are very polite and welcoming. Good value stay. Very close to the main street with restaurants and tour operators nearby, but quiet at night. Breakfast was amazing!

Water pump can be heard when in use, which may wake you up if you are a light sleeper.

It's a nice and comfortable place to stay. There is a lovely family taking care of it, nice breakfast, good AC, comfortable bed, great location with everything nearby. We were very happy we stayed there at the beginning of our trip.

You may get diferent amount of food for breakfast on diferent days and also food may be cold if you wake up late.

Hosts are really welcoming and kind. We arrived at 5:30 am and host was waiting for us. Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioning works well. Breakfast is tasty. Location is really close to the beach - around 5 minutes walk. Also you can find many restaurants and markets around.

The best accommodation that we had in Sri Lanka. It was the cleanest and comfiest room and with friendly owners. We really recommend it. This is the only accommodation that we booked for one night and than came back for one more.

AC is on a very uncomfortable position, which means you cant turn it on when you sleep. It blows the whole night in your face. Besides that quite a lot of mozzies and there is no mozzie net.
