Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Sri LankaThere were no shampoo and shower gell but there was a hand soap. If it had a mini fridge included, it is better to keep our drinks and food fresh and cool. But those are managable. No any other problem.
They treat their guests extremely well without considering whether they are foriegners or locals. The owner and the staff is super cool , friendly, kind and supportive. This place's hospitality is in a top notch. They provided more than we expected. Highly recommended. Food was superb. Service was superb. Room was clean and spacious. These made our holiday more easy and comfy. They have provided tea making facilities, slippers, umbrella, towels, hair dryer. AC was working, hot water shower was working. The swimming pool was clean. Bed sheets were clean. Room was clean.

United KingdomIn my mums room the aircon wasn't working properly and toilet didn't flush, we fed back to the owners. Location a little far out from sigiryia but if you have a driver it's no problem.
We were welcomed with fresh juice and warm towels, the staff are very accommodating here. Lovely setting with pool and restaurant area. The food was delicious. Rooms very clean and modern. We would stay again.

United KingdomIt is a 20 min tul tuk ride to Sigiria town. B.com suggested it as close to Sigiria. There are no other places to eat nearby and so if you don't want to eat here you need to get transport to Sigiria. It This is a new hotel and they've not got a few things right yet with the service, like theres a kitchen but no menu or drinks list. I think they'll get there once they've been up and running a for longer. The staff were super lovely and helpful though.
The rooms are new, lovely, spacious and clean. The bathrooms are modern. The staff are helpful. Near to Habaranas train station. The fruit stall to left of gates is amazing! The team were helpful and wanted you to have a good stay.
