Rooms were very simple and lacked basic amenities, while the room was clean, there were lots of mosquitoes in the rooms

Swimming pool had a little problem but they fixed it very quickly.

We reserved two nights and finally stayed three nights at Vaana resorts. We had a good local food. They proposed us menus and they changed if we wanted. They take care about spicy. They showed us how to eat the dishes. They organised safari and give us good advices. A/C rooms were large, bathrooms with hot water and plants near shower like tropical jungle. We had an excellent time.

Shower took a while to warm up...a bit old fashioned. lock on door difficult. No outside liights in our section. Generally lighting of outside areas not adequate as paths were uneven

We loved the breakfast which we could choose. They kindly made egg hoppers especially for us twice and the meals generally were fine. the staff tried really hard to keep us happy..just a pity about fairly constant rain. Lots of walking/ cycling possibilities nearby. There is an elephant liviing in the garden. A lovely pool but very strongly dosed with chlorine.

This place needs lots more improvements, we haven’t had good bed covers & bathroom was in a bad condition with lots of frogs everywhere. There wasn’t any tea, coffee or other basic complimentary stuff for our room,

We had a delicious dinner & staff were very helpful. Outside area was clean The lady who was the manager was very kind & helpful. She was trying her best to provide a good service. Thank you for that .

The pool was ideal, but unfortunately, all the kids got injured with tile cuts. The breakfast and dinner were a bit overpriced and delayed, requiring numerous follow-ups to get them on time. Despite the friendly staff, there was a lack of attention to guests. The room size and toilets were acceptable, but the toilets need refurbishing. The water pressure in the hot shower was not acceptable, and the TVs were not working

I would say the location and nature around the resort were good. There was an elephant residing in the resort, and the kids loved it.

We were told there is an additional charge for the pool per person per day. Booking .com mentions electric kettle in the room; none was present. Staff started cleaning the pool after we checked in.

The pool was tiled and the tiled edges were sharp for our kid’s feet and cut them up. Would have been great with water shoes on.

Staffs are incredible nice and accomodting. Selvi and others go above and beyond to accommodate our needs.We arrived very late and kitchen was closed ,but Selvi make sure we get dinner and called everyone and arranged food from out side and cooked rest of the items. Place is really struggling with guests after covid and country economic crises.Please visit and support this local business.

The location of this resort is excellent.　Despite of its calmness and good environment, its only few minutes from the main junction of Habara. Easy to reach. Staff here were all extremely helpful and friendly. All dishes they provide me us delicious. There is a boad safari available, I believe is a unique option compared to any other hotel, which only costs 3000 ruppes. Safari guide for Ecopark is arrangeable in this hotel and the cost is very reasonoble as well (ask hotel for price. it may change so I will not write here) Swimming pool is in the middle of this place and it is really good if you dont feel like taking a shower (jumping in a pool is much easier!)

There was nothing to like. The room hasn't been cleaned for years. It was infested with spider nets and mosquitos. No mosquito net so it was a nightmare. Both dinner and breakfast were made by someone who hates food and people. The pool water was murky green and only by luck we escaped without any serious illness. The tuk-tuk the hotel ordered us was late and overcharged us. The managment clearly can't maintain the hotel. Don't recommend!

It was fortunate that we booked the hotel for one night. The best part was leaving.
