It is a bit inaccessible. Also the address given is misleading: it is off the road mentioned in the address. It was a bit difficult to work on my laptop.

Lovely view of the valley from the terrace outside the room. The breakfast was very nice, exceptional in fact. The waiter cum receptionist was very efficient and polite.

Most biggest problem is absence of ventilation in shower and for this is in shower a lot mould which is spreading to room. This is not for one two night problem, but is not healthy. We have also broken bedlinen. Accommodation is not old, has modern look and quality material, but need much more maitenance.

This accommodation has great position above town with great view on town and surroding, but it is also mean, that is on hill and is little far from center, without tuktuk difficult. Rooms has common terrace, but nice. Breakfest was great. Hot water in shower. Helpful staff.

The balcony is not private. It is shared for all the rooms in the floor. Also when arriving there, I think they haven't prepared the room for us. So we had to wait at the reception for about half an hour until they hand over the room for us. There was no a blanket on the bed. So we had to ask for one and after that they provided it. The plug point for the electric kettle and the mini fridge was not compatible for the equipments, so we had to request for a multiplug from them to attach to the plug point. Wi-fi was not working. No mirror in the room except the one in the washroom. So we had to go to the washroom when dressing to see the mirror. From a similar resort in Kandy, we have provided tea cups, tea bags, nescafe sachets, sugar and water bottles for free. But here, there was no anything like that in the room. We had to request even cups from them. The A/C could be improved because it can be not sufficient if there are around 3-4 people in the room.

The location was fantastic because of the scenic view of the kandy city from the balcony. But if you go to the hotel on foot, it can be quite difficult because you have to climb a steep mountain to reach the hotel from the city. I strongly recommend to use a vehicle to reach there. There was a flat tv in the room with cable connection which have both local and international channels available to watch. Also there is a mini fridge in the room that sufficient to cool your foods and drinks. There is also hot water facility in the bathroom that perfectly works. The bed is very comfortable and have about 4 pillows for the double bed. Room is also sufficiently large and it feel comfortable with A/C.

I had a reservation with a breakfast but due to the fact I was leaving early in the morning I did not receive it at all that is why the score is not higher.

I liked the view from the terrace, size of the room and comfortable beds. There was enough space for 4 people while we were there only 2. Clean bathroom and room.
