A 15 minute walk to Mirissa alongside the busy road, but on the other hand it made the location more private and quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Atulya! Calm and relaxing with a fantastic view, the villa was fabulous and the staff so friendly. The food (especially the Sri Lankan) was good. It was our first stop in Sri Lanka and it was everything we wanted, perfect place to rewind!

I loved everything about our 5 night stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the garden with pool so pieceful. Not many rooms at all so you had much space as the hotel is not crowded even if fully booked. They served your breakfast of choiche on everyones own outdoor area outside the room at the given time you preffered. That made the breakfast very private and relaxed.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Beds were very comfy and rooms were clean. You can provide groceries and they will cook whatever dish you like. Food was very good. Overall we had a great time. Thank you Villa Atulya.

Nothing we disliked. But couple of observations; some people might find the villa is a bit far from Mirissa main beach for walking; but believe it it's worth here; as it's calm and quiet and you can have your peace throughout the day. We rented a scooter so it was okay for us to go from here to different places.

Great and very friendly staff! They let us in before our check-in time. Room was very comfortable and we had a very calm stay. There are two pools in the hotel to chill. Amazing breakfast. During our stay there was a peacock in our balcony roaming around and the beach next to it we saw amazing coral reef fish. totally worth the stay!

Few times when we asked for couple of services, we had to remind them again. But overall the staff were helpful and attentive.

It's at the beach front, but naturally no beach at the front, because there is a rock/lime stone formation. But in a short walk you will get to nice beaches. It's a beautiful location. Well maintained clean swimming pool. Very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty. Good selection of dishes and value for money. We had lunch there as well. Tasty local curries, good portion sizes and they provided the meals on time. Very friendly staff and they let us extend our checkout for few hours as our plans got delayed a bit. Very close to Weligama beach and a lot of surfing and diving schools.

ON weekends there can be some noisy local visitors, but we were alone in our own building so it was not a problem.

Perfect Location. Very tranquil, very clean. Staff very attentive. The chef would prepare any meal for which we provided the food materials....Free Of Charge !!!! This was so fun. We bought fish from the market, and he would cook it with great vegetables for us. Engaging and economic. All we provided was a good tip. Everyone was happy.

Location is wonderful and completely peaceful and calm. The beach is right infront of the hotel but it isn’t for swimming due to rocks. Swimming pool is wonderful. Rooms are spacious and washrooms are also wide and clean. Staff is also very helpful and compromising.

I would want to do something about insects in the bathroom on the second floor. But not crucial at all.

It was the best place I stayed. Beautiful villa, nicest view, you can hear the ocean all the time. It’s breezy, so it didn’t feel hot even in the middle of a sunny day. Very good WiFi connection. Great food. Really nice people! Thank you! Oh, and also a generator. No power cuts at all.

Villa is located just in front of the ocean. So you can enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. The villa is small, stylish and cozy. The personnel helped us with any issue. Breakfasts are tasty.

Amazing place. The place is much more amazing than what we see in the pictures. A must stay if anyone's visiting Mirissa. The food cooked by the in-house staff was good too.
