Lunch/dinner meals available were a bit overpriced and minimal options. Although this reflected the local tourist area. No great street food options close by.

Great pool. Big rooms. Plenty of outdoor space for kids. Easy access to beach although dumping waves out front. Short walk to south point where it was flatter for kids. Good breakfast.

Nilnara Villa was absolutely stunning, spacious, clean and cozy place to stay a few or even more days! It is located a bit away from the (urban) noise with a nice beach (great pool!) but at the same time very close (by tuk tuk/motorbike) to the near villages/cities. The stuff was always there for us and helped in any ways (even took us to the airport) and even the chef cooked us wonderful meals. Our favourite stays in Sri Lanka! Thank you so much!

The staff were attentive and very helpful. There is a chef who makes you yummy breakfasts and dinners each night that we ate on our balcony. The resort is quiet and on a beautiful stretch of beach with only a few other resorts. We were impressed with how little garbage we saw on the beach. The resorts had a tuk tuk that they will take you into town for snacks or drop you at the train!

There is no internal phone to call for room service or for any other stuff. You have to go down physically to do it which can be very easily sorted by installing a bell at least if not an internal phone.

It's an amazing place to stay for a short or a long trip! Quiet and remote...not many people around. The Villa's location is amazing and the staff is extremely helpful and nice. They go out of their way to help you.

We had to kill a lot of Moskitos when we arrived. After that battle it was save :-)

The crew is very kind and motivated to provide a relaxing time. They have a good cook and the garden with the pool is very nice.

A bit more Water Pressure on the 1st Floor. But not really a problem.

We were made to feel very special by the Staff. All our Meals were served on the Veranda overlooking The Pool and Beach. The Cook would discuss with us what we wanted before every Meal. Exceptionally Spacious and Clean. Nothing was too much trouble! I rate the Pool the best we have had, and this stay the best on our 28 day Tour.

There were no fans in the upstairs living/common area. We had to bring all the groceries with us and kitchen staff were very accommodating but not fully trained

Really big rooms and comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms and linen. Amazing beachfront access and nice pool. Friendly staff.

We visited with a baby and a toddler and it doesn't have a crib or a high chair, so it was a little niggly on that front. I'd recommend they purchase one of each.

Great staff, attentive and helpful. I wouldn't call it luxury but it's a great, comfortable place for a couple and families with older kids, right on the beach and with a nice, large pool. It's only two villas so you'd often end up the only people there. The food they prepared in the small kitchen was really really nice.

Great overall experience and excellent value for money! Rooms were very spacious and clean, the garden and pool area were beautiful and really well kept, the staff was kind and attentive and the food was great every single time during our 1 week stay!!! The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful holiday directly at the beach - it truly is a hidden gem and perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The staff is extremely friendly and taking such good care of this place!

Everything was great!

It was at an exceptional location. The chef, Chaminda is a gem. We just loved the food, specially their local Sri Lankan delicacies. The rooms are spacious with all the usual amenities, the decor is minimalistic but tasteful and the staff is very cooperative. Absolutely recommend this place!

Cash only. Even allowing for Revolution would suffice Internet is bad. I'm not sure if you can do anything about this! Similar to the German lady: the shower window needs to have better privacy. You can pretty clearly see through it. I would also recommend putting additional privacy screening over the bedroom door for obvious reason’s

Villa Overall a nice little place that's tucked away down a small side road leading to the beach. Pros 4 bedroom villa Images are accurate Rooms are spacious and clean. Full aircon and bed net etc Really really quiet... Like there is pretty much nothing to do but relax Beach is 50m from your bedroom Lovely back garden Nice clean and well kept pool Staff are really friendly and really helpful Food was actually pretty good to be fair. Attached Beach is clean...ish. Local fishermen outside which is nice (1 or 2 will try to sell you stuff)

Food options can be expanded given there aren't too many eating joints around. Sri Lankan cuisine was outstanding though. Rest of the items can be tweaked to taste better. Wifi was sporadic at times.

Excellent location, scenic views, quiet and peaceful. Rooms were comfy and spacious. Very friendly staff.

Very dirty beach near the hotel! It is really disappointing to walk to the beach through dump.
