We had dinner in the restaurant. Whatever we asked the waiter, he told it would take 1 hour for preparation. Finally we ordered whatever suggested by the waiter but still it took almost 1 hour. Even then they served us cold food and the water was served with the order.

My room was good and the hospitality of reservation team members were kind.

Being an older building there were large gaps around the doors which let in mosquitoes at night and no mosquitoes nets. My wife was badly bitten and had a rough night or two as a consequence. The room was superficially clean but very dirty in places

Our room was on the ground floor behind reception so you could hear people talking and the phone ringing, and it felt a little bit weird/intrusive. Only 1 parking space

Good location on the far side of the lake. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The couch area was nice to relax in. Wifi was strong and the water was a little warm.

The property could use an elevator. Walking up the stairs to our room on the 4th floor was not easy.

Location is great, away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the city but only a short walk to get into the city or visit the temple / attractions. Our room was big and we had a huge balcony overlooking the lake. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lot of traffic noise as it is right on the road, no elevator but staff is really helpful and will bring your bags to and from your room.

WiFi was dreadfully slow and almost non existent. There was only 1 television channel we could watch and programs were in Sri Lankan. Facilities mentioned a bathrobe and slippers but there were non in room and when I questioned staff about that they said no.

Beautiful little hotel in a lovely location. Staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were delicious and more than adequate, with good choices. Shower was very good and bed very comfortable. We had a Suite with Lake View which was amazing with the view of the lake and across it. We were visited by a group of monkeys on our balcony one morning which was a delightful bonus. Not close to a lot of eating places but main town was only a short tuk tuk ride away and there were 2 or 3 eateries within walking distance that were good.

Convenient place to visit the Kandy palace of sacred tooth relic it's only a walking distance from the hotel and We were really impressed with the amazing service of the staff who were responsible and friendly.

Very beautiful hotel on the lake shores, just a 5 minutes walk from the Tooth Temple. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, hotel staff is very friendly, welcoming and willing to help. Breakfast is awesome!
