The staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was am amazing assortment of classical Sri Lankan food. The hotel had a comfortable bed , airconditioning and all the standard hotel amenities like a kettle, soap, tea and coffee. There is also a water dispenser downstairs to fill up water if you need. (no shampoo or conditioner) The pool is brand new and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in dambulla

English communication was a small problem with staff. The hotel is located near market road and behind the bus station so not far to the shops.

The swimming pool was lovely clear water. The staff were so helpful and keen to oblige. Linen on the beds was good quality clean and new. This hotel is quite new and I would return again

Most of the staff do not speak English, so it was a bit hard to communicate with them. The manager does and we had to wait for him when we needed something

We were alone and had the swimming pool entirely for us. The area outside is very nice and comfy. The bedroom was big and the breakfast was also good.

The staff was super nice, helpful and very accommodating. They always made sure that you felt comfortable and that all your wishes were fulfilled. For example, we asked for a Coke Zero on the first evening, but they only had normal Coke. The next day we got Coke Zero. The organized excursions were great and the facility with the pool was also great. The price-performance ratio was very good. We felt extremely comfortable and would definitely come back. Thank you very much!

Not much to grumble about. The shower was a. Little odd in that the tray wasn't attached to the wall so water on the walls ran down the outside of the tray and into the sink in the bathroom. Not a problem just a little odd.

The hotel was spotless, the staff were just so friendly, helpful couldn't have been kinder. They provided additional towels for the pool. The room was simple but pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. The new larger hotel at the front is likely to open later this year .

Do NOT use the hotel car for transport. The young driver did not understand a word of English. Didn't know where he was going. Dropped me off at the wrong places ( even to the local temple. ) would have obtained much more information from a robot

Gorgeous property near to the Golden Temple and cave temple. The guys inside property will do anything to help you. The breakfast is superb with a mix of eggs, fruits and local Lankan food. Highly recommend.

Advice: always have someone on the reception who speak English or any other common language.

The garden and the swimming pool with the lights is breath taking. Water was supper clean. They provided beach towels also. One of the best breakfast we ever had . Thank you for the staff for your genuine kindness and you guys are amazing 👏 The room are clean and good size. Our shower was leaking a little bit and the water in the shower was sinking a bit slowly, but really only minor minor inconvenience.

Staff and Owner were the Most helpful and kind we‘ve ever experienced anywhere ! Rooms were small but had everything you need and the pool and surrounding area were really beautiful. Additionally the hotel is in the best location possible, directly in the center of dambulla and only a 1min walk to the public bus stop. Everything in Dambulla is easily walkable and all attractions like the cave temple, safari or Sigiriya is easily reachable by TukTuk or bus in 30min or less.
