Perfect location towards the bottom of a stunning valley with an excellent view with lots of birds and wildlife. Staff were exceptionally polite and friendly and looked after you like royalty. Nice but small pool to soak in and watch out for wildlife. Delicious dinner and breakfast cooked to your liking from a simple menu. A bit out of the tourist area, which can still be reached by a 5-10 minute tuk-tuk ride

Nothing, everything good

Cozy room in the middle of a peaceful jungle. Waking up with birds sounds, surrounded by green rice fields and having the chance to see people picking tea leaves is such a great experience. Plus stuff is so smiling and helpful, and their cuisine is simply delicious. Ella is easily reachable by tuktuk and you'll be delighted to unwind far from city noise.

The water pressure of the shower was shallow. The place was located closer to the main attractions, but the final access road was poor, so it was a bit difficult to take the car to the resort.

The staff was very helpful throughout the stay. The facilities were good, and the place was very clean. Overall it was a great experience with wildlife etc.

When ever we travel through hill coumtry in srilanka, we use to go Ella and stay Wild Resort constantly because the location is wonderful and peaceful. Surrounded tea planted mounted range. Fresh air with soft wind and many songs of birds all the day long. Foods are excellent and staff are very friendly, trustworthy and dependable provided best service at all. This time we couldnt do any outside activity because my wife not in well. So I alone went to the town for an urgent need. The staff treet and cure my wife well while I was away. The place allways proof there responsibility , reliability , secure and hospitality at all. I specially thanks to the staff and best wishes from me and my wife to you all. Thanks you somuch for you all.....

A bit far from central ella.

A nice place, clean and very pretty surroundings. We saw wild dears and peacock while having breakfast! A small but clean pool. Worked well without AC! They even fixed a cake and balloons for my husbands birthday!

Menú a bit limited but food good.

Lovely spacious, clean room. Comfortable bed and good shower. Nice view from balcony, restaurant and pool over countryside. Pool cute and a welcomed dip. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

We loved how close you are to nature here. Sitting in the pool and watching the peacocks and deer during the day, and listening to the wildlife and watching the fireflies from the balcony at night were highlights for us. Breakfast was good and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here.

The attention to detail could have been a bit better, like extra toilet roll in the bathroom. The whole place is lovely, but the bathroom of our family room let it down. Although the bedroom was lovely, the bathroom needed updating. The flow of the shower was very weak.

Beautiful location. Staff really helpful. Breakfast was good. The bedroom was a good size. Tuks tuk on site, so very easy to get to and from the centre of Ella.

Extremely beautiful area, very peaceful and relaxing. The houses are very cosy, nice swimming pool, great breakfast and dinner. Host organized transport to our next destination and we had a couple of stops to see some beautiful waterfalls. Highly recommended! :)

Fabulous views, tucked away from the main town but only 15min walk/5 min tuk tuk. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend the cookery class they offer. We learned so much from Kumara the chef. Breakfast was amazing, the coconut pancakes were exquisite.

The views from our room were amazing, looking at the temple on the hill, being so high up you are with the birds and eagles, overlooking the amazing farmland. The staff are incredible and helped us along our journey. Breakfast! Fantastic. I didn’t give higher rating only because the room was a bit dark and down some steps that were a bit difficult to manage.

Nicest small hotel in outsiders of Ella. Easy Tuk tul ride to the center. So calm and peaceful out there, nice view and many birds around. Staff w’s kind and helpful, breakfast was massive

The bed was lovely and comfy, we had the room right by the pool which was great! Property is about a 5 min tuk tuk from the main town which means it’s nice and quiet. Great breakfast, lovely staff!

The staff were amazing. We had a late train into Ella and a safari that ran over time, and the staff at Wild Resort Ella were there waiting for us to ensure we had a great experience. The rooms were nice, the food was tasty, and had excellent views.
