We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

it was a great location. I stepped out of the hotel right onto the beach. This is located in a small bay with a gentle swell ideal for swimming. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff super friendly. it felt like a slice of western accommodation in the south east.

Initially, it wasn't our planned destination, but after a booking mishap, Somerset Blue Hotel emerged as an alternative, and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! From the moment we stepped in, the hotel impressed us with its spacious, well-appointed rooms that were clean and comfortable. The heart of Somerset Blue, however, lies in its staff. The team, especially those at the restaurant and front office, were not just professional but genuinely caring and attentive. Their warmth and helpfulness added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel truly valued and cared for. While the food was satisfactory, what stood out was the level of attentiveness with which it was served. Each meal was a pleasant experience, not just for the flavors but also for the service that accompanied it. Our stay was comfortable in every aspect. The hotel's location is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The amenities provided were more than sufficient, catering to all our needs and ensuring a hassle-free stay. Additionally, considering the quality, the food was well-priced, adding to the overall value of our stay.

Excellent location, right on the beach. we were only staying for 3nights but extended it as we didn’t want to leave Mirissa. staff are all very friendly and we enjoyed our stay here. Beach front room has fantastic view of the sea and beach. Bathroom lovely and shower was excellent.
