I think those rooms could really benefit from air conditioning, but I doubt this will ever happen.

The room size was more than satisfactory. It was clean and and it had everything that I needed for a good night's sleep. The location and ease of access make this hotel one of my recurring choices while in Vilnius.

A bit basic, never saw any staff…completely unstaffed ?! Parking was supposed to be available but was locked…no staff around to tell us how to access, enter or exit ??

During the whole stay did not meet any hotel staff. While travelling I had missed the message on the booking.com app informing me about the access code to the hotel, thus I was momentarily shocked when arriving at a closed hotel. Called the reception phone number stated at the doorbell, and nobody answered. I was fine at the end, but a person without an app would have been left stranded - not answering the phone is unacceptable.

I chose the hotel because it was very conveniently located close to the train station, perfect to catch my 6am train. The hotel has nice, clean rooms for a basic overnight stay. Do not expect any frills. The bowl of tiny candies at the reception was a nice touch.

Good place to stay for few nights while exploring Vilnius. Good location - close to the bus and train station and to main attractions. In the hotel everything was clear and nicely prepared for our stay.

The WIFi was very weak in the room; I had to go into the lobby to access it.

The location was excellent; it was only meters from the Old Town market and the Gate of Dawn. The location was also quiet, despite its proximity to the tourist attractions. The hotel was safe and secure, with a number-pad lock on the outside. The room was small and simple, exactly as advertised. The bed, however, was extremely comfortable.

The door to parking area was permanently closed. Similar lock as in main door would be very convinient. Requirement of paying city tax in cash without getting receipt gives feeling of dodgy transaction. Why the tax cannot be in the advance payment?

Location is very good. Remote services were prompt and accurate.

Great location: close to Ausros Vartai, a few blocks away from the main train station & a bus station. There's a market across the street, and a grocery store nearby. Also, it's hard to beat the price.

I think the room (and the hotel in general) was pretty clean. But I am allergic to dust and, maybe, the carpet in the room wasn't perfectly clean. I really don't know. What I do know, however, is that I was fine walking around Vilnius, but would start sneezing like crazy while in the room.

The hotel is located centrally and is easily accessible. They provide free parking for the night, which, in my specific case, was a HUGE reason to choose them. Communication was good, checking in and out was easy.

The internet (WiFi) in my room is very weak and unstable. Unfortunately I was not able to use it. I used my roaming. TV with only one channel in Lithuanian. It would be nice to have several channels in other languages, for example English, Polish, Ukrainian. City tax should be included in the rental price upon (in my opinion), not everyone has cash with them. And running around and looking for where to withdraw cash in an unfamiliar city (if this is your first time in the city) is not entirely convenient.

The room was clean, the bed was very soft, the bed linen and towels were snow-white. Availability of a kettle in the room.

There was no one in reception. There was only one set of keys, with a big key chain, that was not easy to carry around. The place is a little dated and the bathroom didn't smell too well, but overall it didn't ruin the whole experience as I just needed a place to stay. Can still recommend it.

The location was great, rooms were clean and tidy and good for the price. Clean towels and everything. Easy to access the property, even though there was no staff in reception. They sent the code online. Keys were left in the doors.

electric sockets in the room are placed in a rather unorthodox and inconvenient way - nothing by the table, two sockets behind the bed (hidden and difficult to access). A quick-fix in the shower

Roller blinds and probably TV only few channels, however, wasn't watching it much.

Clean and warm room, very close to bus stop, not far from train/bus station, and opposite side from Hales market. Next door place (in front of tree) offering affordable and delicious day lunch (they're not on a Google maps).
