Location, comfort, easy to get in and quick communication with owner. I had question on how to use stove and was quick to call me and walk me through. Had all I needed to cook my meals, quiet, bed comfortable and great shower.

The cleanliness could be improved/perfected, but was alright. The apartment tends to get infested rather quickly by tiny flying insects as you are forced to tilt the windows open on sultry summer evenings, so it‘s probably a good idea to invest in fly screens. Another good investment could be a proper iron. The sofa bed left much to be desired as far as comfort is concerned.

We enjoyed our stay very much at Dovydas‘ apartment, which appears to have been furnished with style and comfort in mind. The location was superb and the communication with the host smooth. We received clear guidelines and our questions were answered promptly. We would definitely recommend it.

Small things can sometimes make a difference?! A coffee maker should always be standard in a self catering apartment. Bedroom has glass wall and no curtain so when one person is in bed and other person watching tv there is no peace. Also, none of the plates or glasses matched. In a small country that has an IKEA, it's easy to have cheap matching dinner ware. attention to detail doesn't cost a lot but gets higher customer satisfaction.

Property was modern and well situated in old town close to good pubs and restaurants. Free parking was great. Bedroom slightly small with no bedside cabinets for books or drinks. Well equipped for self catering. Good communication from owner. Owner helpful in most questions. Would definitely recommend and stay again for short breaks. Owner allowed us to keep car in car park after check out.

The window between the bedroom and sitting area could be covered by curtains to have more privacy.

The apartment is very cosy. Perfect location in city centre. Great communication with host. The place was very clean. It's very useful to have parking space. I would recommend this place and would come back!

My family loved the atmosphere at home and in Senamiestis (the Old town). Really georgeus apartment! Fantastic location. Try it yourselves and you will see!

Didn't find any flaws. Great all around stay.

Just came back from a 4 night stay in this lovely apartment. Very cosy and warm in a great location. Plenty of space for a family of four (kids aged 4 & 6). The kids especially loved the window separating the two rooms, couldn't get enough of playing around it. The windows are facing the inner courtyard so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The apartment has everything that you might need and you can't beat the location. We were renting a car so a private parking space was a really nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

Despite that this apartment has an amazing location, it is also sparkling clean and very stylish! I had opportunity to rent a lot of few night stays in Kaunas, but this one was the best, without a doubt. Definitely recommend it to everyone!
