Malcommunication, regarding arrangements. We asked for two taxis taking us from airport, but the hotel arrangement was only for one. So we had to wait for the 2nd one, with 4 children, late at night (00.15 am). Besides that the place is fine.

Breakfast was really poor - served at the room on a tray at a time you had to decide in advance. Our second morning it was just a slice of bread in a plastic paggage and 2 bananas. No remote control for the tv.

Perfect location, good value for many - easy to find and no problem to check in even tough reception was closed at the time we arrived.

They didn't ask us if we preferred coffee or tea for breakfast, so we both had coffee but my partner drinks tea. Also they didn't ask us for our preferences in general, so we didn't eat much of it.

I found the bed covers a bit uncomfortable. There was a hole in one of the towels we’ve got.

Great location, in the heart of the older part of Kaunas, lovely local restaurants just around the corner. Lovely staff, breakfast might be very simple but it is brought to your room at the time best for you, which seems to be very convenient. We visited in winter and we found it nice that the heating system in the rooms could be regulated.l, and it could be as warm as we wanted it to be.

Shared toilet & shower. But not the end of the world!

Pet friendly hotel. I brought my two dogs with me. I booked a double room even though I was alone, I needed the extra room for my dogs. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

It's totally cold in WC and shower room. No heaters. It was only minus 5-7 C degrees outside, but these rooms were like fridge. what happens when it's minus 20 outside? No hot water in late evening, just a little bit warm. It's ok for washing face or legs, but not possible to take a normal shower. Room without ventilation. It has beautiful roof window, but in winter it's not possible to sleep all night under open window. Therefore in the morning there's absolutely no air in the room. Of course You can choose to turn off teh heater, but in this case after some time room is getting cold.

Great location, very polite staff. Room was very small, but absolutely ok for me, because all day I was outside and come to hotel just for sleep :) The staff gave me an extra key from the front door so that I can get into the hotel late at night, because the door code sometimes not working and there's no staff in the reception in the evenings / nights. Tnx for it!

The only reason I booked this hotel was because they offered breakfast in the price. The breakfast wasn't great. Two boiled eggs, half a slice of toast with margarine and sprinkled with salt, croissant, banana and instant coffee.

Breakfast was horrible. It was brought to my room (which is nice), but the content of the breakfast were not nice. I received two boiled eggs (which is nice), a croissant (it was good), a banana (thank God at least one fruit!), a tiny piece of bread with margarine on it (that's why I didn't eat the bread, because I gag at the sight of margarine). And for a drink I received horrible black tea. Usually I like black tea, but this one was especially horrific, it tasted like paper. But the most horrible thing for me aside the margarine was that the breakfast didn't include even a single vegetable – no cucumber or tomato – nothing. If you offer such breakfast, then don't bother offering any breakfast at all. Or at least don't spread margarine on bread. What a weird combination – boiled eggs with a croissant and a banana. If I knew what kind of breakfast I will be getting, I would have eaten breakfast in a nearby restaurant instead.

The toilet, the shower and the room were clean, the hotel surroundings are very nice – it's the heart of Old Town of Kaunas.
