How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Booking said it has sockets in every bedroom and living room, so we took all the anti-mosquito stuff, but it was worthless as apparently all sockets were G type (BS 1363) like in Switzerland and similar. We didn't have adapters, so couldn't use them. Normal 3 sockets were only in living room.
Amazing lake side, we had an 8-person family bungalow. The place is surrounded with lakes and forest, it is nice place for family to have a rest in the nature. Bungalow had kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and living room. All bed linen in place. TV, refrigerator, hot water, grill place outside - all there. If you need to buy food for kitchen nearest supermarket is just in 8-10 minutes of driving distance.

Sandy area around the house. Not convenient if you have a dog. Other houses had grass. Perhaps for this price it’s worth changing towels and blankets to a fresher ones.
Despite the fact it’s a bit of an old caravan, it was comfy and clean. Nice nature around and lakes!

The camping site was lovely. However the alley of redneck incest bungalows was a curious experience. Fried dogs and falling children are alright, but PLEASE, get rid of those goddamned plastic bed sheets.

Small camping, great location. Pine wood with camper or tent places. Small camper houses also for rent. The łąkę is very clean and excellent for swiming. High sightseeing tower nearby.

Lake itself has no proper beach, but this has nothing to do with the hotel!
Nice stay to have a relaxing weekend. The lake is just downhill. The apartments were really good and comfortable. Nature around is wonderful. Shared kitchen has all you need. The personal was helpful and helped with all the queries we had. Also, there is bike rental inside for additional price. The viewpoint of Mindunai is just few steps from the place, do not skip this!

The wagon looked quite old and needs renovation.
Very nice location, in green area. We had last wagon and it was very peaceful and quet. Excellent place to stay with dogs. All what needed was presented in kitchen. Lovely lake in are for swimmming.

Accommodation was so so. It was clean, but the bathroom was moldy and no basic amenities. I think considering the price it was okay, but I think it is better to come here with a tent.
The lake is amazing 😍 Super clean, great access to it, next to the observation tower so location wise it is 10/10. You can also rent water bicycles, boats, kayaks, etc and enjoy the views from the lake.

Everything what related with bungalow. It is very old and need for renovation urgent. Full of mold. Smell inside was very bad. So uncomfortable and old pillows. Staff were so unpolite and unfriendly. There is no beach near lake, so it was not comfortable with children.
Good place in the forest near beautiful lake. Lake’s water very very clean. Kitchen in bungalow was good equipped.

My camping was very old and not as clean as I expeced. The mold and moisture were everyvhere. Rather narrow rooms, alone with dogs is ok, with a family I can't imagine. The oven did not worked. The bed sheets were so narrow that they didn't even cover the bed. The electrical plugs were UK ones and there was only 1 place where there was an EU standard - ask adapters when you check in! Otherwise you might be in trouble. Staying with dogs - 5 eur/per night for small dogs

That house we got was in very bad condition. Inside smells terrible. I don't even know if it's healthy to be inside. Everything is old and out of date. It's a wonderful place around. Stay in camping only if you have your own camper or tent. DON'T rent these terrible houses!
