Breakfast could be better, there were not enough options for kids, not much of eggs and pancakes. There were just dry omelette and cold hard boiled eggs. Pancakes were not suitable for children. No hair conditioner or body cream in the bathroom. Other than that everything was good.

Good location, comfortable room, quiet, heated floor in the bathroom was nice.

The spa charge of 65 Euros for an hour’s usage is very off putting. A/c a bit inconsistent and difficult to adjust to good temperature.

Very delicious and copious breakfast options. Location was really good, especially if arriving by bus/train, as it’s roughly halfway between those and the main “Centras” downtown area. Free water at reception and chocolate - maybe an Easter thing, so can’t promise you’ll get the same! - a nice touch.

Distance from the entrance till our room was quite long. And the sweat smell near the lift in 2nd floor. Some enthusiastic group of people had a special (sport or meditation) indoor event in the conference room and they had left all their shoes in the corridor. So you can only imagine what a smell was flying around that circle of shoes and in general around the lift and the corridor. I always have doubts about such a type of events in public, but closed places.

Breakfast and location. Room also was spacious, with balcony. If you have some event in Zalgiris arena, VICTORIA hotel Kaunas is a very good place to spend a night after it.

Rooms were OK. Very cold in the common areas and restaurant. My room was very cold too, but I asked for an extra heater and got one.

I prefer deicated shower stalls rather than a shower over a bath. But that's the only thing I didn't like about the place.

Location - easy walking distance from the station and from the main town centre. The hotel was developed from an old factory and was very well restored and developed into a very good hotel.

From the moment you enter the hotel, your amazing experience begins. The personnel is helpful and very nice. The amenities are not only convenient but aesthetic and well thought through. And the breakfast is the best so far I had in Kaunas hotels. Moreover, the location can not be any better - you are staying at the heart of the city, and everything is around within walking distance. Plus, they have their own parking. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Mini bar was empty, you can order from downstairs, but it is additional walking, and if simply want any drink at night, I would rather dont go to the reception to look for cocacola :) As for the 4* I expecting slipers, bathrobes and some other small benefits in the room.

We had a problem with noise. Upon arrival we were informed that there would be a private party in the restaurant that would end at 11PM. In reality the music was still playing with nasty bass beat at 00:45 when we called the reception, receiving apology that "it would stop in 10 minutes or so". Eventually it stopped at 01:05 when I could finally go to bed. As much as I liked this hotel I think that the staff should respect all guests and their need for sleep - this is the reason why we actually book hotels to have a place to sleep.

We went to Kaunas for Zalgiris game and this hotel was pretty much a perfect place to stay for the night as it is located about 5 minute walk away from Akropolis shopping mall and some 12 minutes from Zalgiris arena. Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable, everything was clean and breakfast buffet had wide variety of dishes and quite delicious. Another bonus was free parking in the hotel's territory (though it is subject to availability and could also be all taken if there are many guests).

Not possible to park in front of the hotel upon arrival, even for a short while. Was a bit confusing to find hotel parking.

Top location, was able to reach Žalgiris Arena on foot.

Large clean room to the inner courtyard which makes it very quiet. The bar has great beer and snacks to go with it. Parking lot at the hotel. The car can be left for longer after check-out without additional charge.
