Feels the age of the hotel, toilet paper holder was held by one screw, toilet basin stand was kind of falling apart, tv was not switching on.

Great breakfast, the only downside were drinks, no juice, only sweet coloured water, but the food was very good. Room was really quiet.

Breakfast was exceptional but together with it came a lot of small children every morning who would start running around all tables, scream, chant or get impatient with the duration of the breakfast. Just the culture thing here in Lithuania. And babies in Jacuzzi or pool with diapers - a huge turn-off for coming back to the SPA zone. But as I've mentioned this is not the hotel's issue, it is entirely lithuanian parents approach to taking kids everywhere and not considering there are other people around. Expect that to be a thing in every local resort that allows babies and small children. And the hotel perfume/scent in the lobby was way too intense and at the end of the stay gave me allergies.

The location is amazing - you see Birute's park through your window or big old pine trees in the yard with a lot of singing birds around it. The beach is also really close. The rooms are soundproof and you can't hear any other guests walking in their rooms or in the hall. The breakfast is amazing and has something to offer for every type of eater. The staff is friendly & helpful. Big rooms, big beds, loved the thick curtains that allow to sleep in in the morning.

Gym equipment seemed to be not very well maintained, not all of the machines functioned properly, also the room cleaning was not very good, I had an accident with my bedsheets and next day after the cleaning I noticed that they just turned the bedsheet upside down so the stain is not visible, that was not nice at all.

Location was pretty good, right next to the Birutes parkas. Spa facilities were also included with the room.

Free parking nearby. Spacious room. Great bath facilities. The swimming pool and hot tub had extra working hours, to adjust for visitors who cannot attend them due to maintenance. Kinder corner with toys. Wonderful breakfast!

if spa area could be child free after 20:00 it would be nice, otherwise one family with 2 jumping kids can ruin your relax

The location is near the city centre and main pedestrian street. Across the street is a beautiful park with Amber museum. The room was clean, not worn out. Breakfast was really good.

The breakfast could have been better, there was a lack of options to choose and the pancakes were too sweet and the omelet too salty.

The room was good with comfy beds, and everything was clean. This hotel is in the best location, near a very beautiful park. Also, the hotel has parking it was a benefit for us.

It seemed there was chlorine in the air in the spa, especially when the bubble bath was on - had to keep getting out of the pool to wash my eyes because there was always some kind of burning sensation in the eyes.

For a 4 star hotel it is a bit odd, the rooms are quite used (old), the tv is an old model. Almost no room amenities (no toothpaste, no face wash, no spa slippers). The spa is quite small.

Great location within walking distance to the sea, as well as the park just across the street. Great stay for a little getaway. Provides work spaces too.

Super cozy and calm atmosphere. The room was very clean, you could find anything you’d need for a one night stay. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was very delicious! Not far away from J. Basanavičiaus street, about 10min walk. Overall, the whole stay and the property I would rate 10/10✨

A pair of one-off slippers would have been a thoughtful addition.

The room was impressively spacious, the bed was a highlight, and we also adored the terrace. The breakfast buffet had a diverse selection, the coffee was decent, and the staff were consistently polite and attentive, making our overall stay truly enjoyable.
