Walls inside the building are quite thin so you can hear everything around you.

Convenient self-check in, clean well-equipped apartment and quiet neighbourhood. I made reservation literally in the midnight of arrival day and got fast and thorough reply from host on directions and check-in process.

It's a house repurposed to be a rental unit with ~8 private rooms, which means that there is no sound isolation. Strange smell from carpets and curtains.

Decent location, spacious rooms, equipped kitchen, clean bathroom. Overall, nice one night stay.

It’s the second time when we booked the room because we were in transit and the first time I loved the room and the design. They have a parking space, cozy and clean house and kitchen in every room.

The location is clean and very comfortable. We were in transit and chose the location because it was the only one that had self check in and parking (we arrived at 01:00 AM). I highly recommend it 😊

The small stairs in the apartment often creaked and we heard other guests coming down/up the stairs, but it wasn’t really disturbing us.

We really liked the interior of the apartment. Everything was clean and exactly the same as in the pictures.

no complaints other than slightly dodgy guests drinking and smoking by the entrance all the time while we were there, but that is not a criticism on the property.

The room was super nice and very cute with a large balcony, loved the fact that it had a aircon and a coffee machine. Locations is good with food shops around 10min walking and main street around 20-30min walking distance away.

We received the information that we needed for self check when the official check-in had already started, so that made me very anxious(kinda ruined my morning) because I was afraid that maybe something went wrong with the booking, so I contacted and sent sms. Also the parking conditions were very tight.

The key locker-box system is easy and room was nice, we had everything we needed in our room and nice balcony.

A location is a small concern, but we managed to find it rather easily.

Everything necessary in the quadruple room, everything is new, clean and nice. Coffee machine with coffee, tea, fringe, cook, etc.

We had a nice and clean apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony. A big TV and a comfortable bed. We used Bolt to go to Old town, it was costing 3,90€.

We were happy in Kaunas and don't remember bad things. For people who don't like to walk, maybe it's too far from tourist attractions, but we like it.

The children really liked that the bedroom is on the second floor and the living room on the first floor. I myself liked that we had what we needed in the kitchen, free parking.

I originally booked a triple room for one person but on arrival I noticed the beds were on a mezzanine, with steps leading up. As the reason for my trip was surgery at Fi Clinica and I would need to recover for a number of days the steps were not suitable. Once I explained this to the owner, they immediately moved me to a larger room with a double bed all on one floor. The cleaner met me the next morning and helped me move my belongings. I also then had a horrible discovery that check out was midday and my flight home wasn’t until 22:45. I once again contacted the owner and they said I could stay longer. There was no request for extra payment for either of these requests. The room was lovely, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, huge tv. The balcony was lovely too as well as very effective air con. For me the location was perfect being 12 mins walk from Fi Clinica. 5 mins for supermarket and 3 euros in a Bolt to Old town. I could not have had a better stay. I am extremely grateful for the hospitality which made a trip which was a big deal emotionally and physically much easier. I cannot recommend it enough. 5 stars.
