2 other beds not so comfy compared to main bedroom which was lovely, sofa very uncomfortable for 3 people especially and towels a little small, shower needs slip mat and some tongs in kitchen would be useful, sockets behind bed a little hard to get to, a notice of where to put full bins would be helpful and a note prior to booking about tax payable helpful so can have the correct amount to be left so we are made aware not once we get there. Dont mind paying tax but advance warning is helpful. Tv has limited channels apart from using your own netflix etc, can hear lots of creaking and walking around from upstairs.

The location was a little out of area for restaurants etc but this is what we wanted nice and quiet, supermarkets were not far and food was delivered locally too, one bed main bedroom bed very comfy, lots of facilities like washer dryer garden use balcony nice airy and spacious accommodation. my son loved playing football in the garden which was well maintained and secure quiet neighbourhood

Sound insulation. Did't cause issues for us as the others were quite silent, but you could hear stuff happening around. It wasn't a problem for us at all though.

Nice, green and silent location, perfect for staying with kids. Large, comfortable flat with a great kitchen. Well equipped all over. Easy finding, easy access, easy parking. Great coffee machine. Toys to play with. Almost the perfect place, well priced as well.

I didn't like that the communication was in Lithuanian, we had to use a translator who translated some words incomprehensible, so at first we didn't understand exactly which key we needed

Clean and spacious apartment with everything you need, I really liked that there was a dishwasher and tablets for it. It's cool that the house was warm in this cold weather when there is no heating anywhere else

There is literally nothing I can think of!

I would absolutely recommend staying at these apartments. We visited looking for a secluded and quiet space as I was visiting with my mother for surgery. This apartment absolutely ticks all the boxes. It is clean, spacious and very relaxing. It is also adorned with beautiful artwork produced by the extremely talented owners! The bathroom and kitchen was well equipped with all you need to cook and clean including laundry facilities which were very helpful. A short stroll takes you to a local supermarket and incredible park. I am certain my recovery has gone so well because of the environment I recovered in and for that I am most grateful. We also met the owners who were absolutely wonderful. Ignas couldn’t do enough for us even to carrying our luggage as we checked out. It’s clear the owners share their home with their heart and for that reason I would not hesitate coming back or recommending this to all of my friends.

The only thing that I would change is a non-intuitive switching on for the kitchen lights. It's in a cupboard. The area around the house is a district of private houses, so the view from the window isn't a glamorous historical object that you might get in the center of the city. But that's ok, this place is ideal when traveling by car.

Space. That's what you get by traveling a bit further from the city center. This is a properly sized 3 bedroom apartment with a spacious living room. And a good value for money. And free parking. So, if you have a car this is perfect.

The ceiling is not isolated very much...you could hear every step from upstairs, and there was a constant buzzing noise, as if someone's phone was getting SMS messages every 5-10 minutes. The pillowsa were uncomfortably hard.. :(

If to stay in Kaunas only here! We had an early flight from KUN airport, therefore we spend one night here. We did not expect much, just a simply room to stay. But we met the owner, who was super nice! Apartment was clean and had everything we needed and even some nice extras which we did not expect. My kids and wife loved it and that's all I need to make me happy. Owner took an extra effort helped me find a long time parking. Only positive feelings and feedback.
