Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Perfection in meeting the guests, excellent location, cleanliness, comfortable beds. Everything what we needed during short stay, was here. I will consider returning back again.

LithuaniaEvery time someone flushes water it seems that someone drowns and the body is being flushed. It's super loud, maybe the walls are too thin, maybe the pipes are too close, something is not right over there in this aspect. The doors are also very thin with no noise isolation whatsoever.
Everything exept the noise was great - location is awesome, relatively close to the sea, practically in the center of the Nida. The room was clean, the staff was nice and helpful, had a room with awesome balcony.

Close to the city center, close to the sea. We had a cozy, clean room with a comfortable bed and classic style furniture, so we feel exactly like living in some summerhouse. Host was nice and forthcoming and was fluenltly speaking Russian.

RussiaMost of the room furniture is a junk, like the sofa was overworn with lots of old coffee spots, chairs were in super worn condition, cupboard and the wardrobe were shabby (but not chick). Nonetheless, the price for a 2-room suite (without balcony, place to cook but with 3 beds) was €120/night. Seeing the suite condition, we asked the owner to lower the price, but she's rejected. Another minus for those who need a stable Internet connection - Wi-Fi was constantly dropping.
Bathroom was nice (no old furniture) cleaning service is great. Location is next to all caffees and bars, and other hotels. Not for those who like to be closer to nature. Nice administration staff, always ready to help and very attentive.
