They could have had coffee capsules for the machine in the room for all of the days, but the fact is that during breakfast one can have as many cups as one wants, so it's not an issue after all.

The breakfast was delicious, they had several things to offer, including fruits. The location is great, near the Old City and the City center. At the same time, it was quiet at night (excluding one night when a few people arrived later and made some noise during the late hours). Everyone was very polite and helpful. During the stay, the weather outside was very cold and there was an adequate heating system in the room.

As 4* hotel could definitely do better! More attention to details like dust and maintenance of the room(the kettle was full of lime scale and dust on top of the lid, soap bottle not dusted), sink tap loose and worn down, shower hose and tap in the tub was not switching and bed linen not 100% clean…Another very uncomfortable thing was that there are no sockets by the bed to charge the phone, I had to plug it opposite the bed… And talking about the breakfast-poor choice, hand written notes and the buffet was not topped up. I came 9:30 (half an hour before the end) but didn’t find any butter, cheese, ham was only one type which I’m not a fan of. Had a feeling that they wanted to clear it asap. I was not expecting to find full amounts of everything, but at least something to choose from. Another interesting thing was that after 8pm the main hotel door is locked so you have to call a number to have them open, which is ok, if you have your phone charged and not on your own, otherwise-what’s the other option to get to the hotel? I hope this comment will be taken not as criticism but as chance to improve. I honestly had higher expectations, bus was a bit disappointed. I have mentioned these issues at the reception desk, but thought that it would be fair for others to know. I am sure that everything will be sorted out by no time!

Outdated room, definitely needs to be refurbished. Window was not working properly. No mirror in the room, except small one in the bathroom.

I really like the a little bit renovated property and the fact that they finally doing it m is really great. New bedsheets, new towels. Just please also put something in the minibar because it's very sad that there's nothing in there specially some beers.

Hotel is near the main road. It was noisy in the morning with the early traffic.

The curtains did’t shut properly, it was very hot in the room the first night, closet doors did not close and the water pressure in a shower was pretty bad.

Rooms need spring cleaning, family room bed was uncomfortable. There was a lot of noise from adjoining gym from the next house, the gym is open 24/7….so could hear the music going all night.. As Family rooms might be sharing the wall. I stayed in other rooms before, and they didn’t have the same problem. We were given a Fam room on the top floor first but it had some strange smell by the door hence asked to change - we got moved to the one on the lower floor. Coffee choice in the room was poor (no black coffee?) and poorly replenished. Wardrobe door was missing. Having stayed in a standard rooms before, previous experience was better. Breakfast was very poor and poorly managed. Unfortunate, as the hotel could be really good.

Hotel is outdated, needs more care and renovation.

The property had a bad smell like from the dirty pipes, the room was not clean (especially bathroom), breakfast options were small , food was cold and coffee machine was broken and the coffee itself was not good
