For light sleepers, there could be some noise from other guests such as hearing their steps.

Everything is perfect there. This property is great, and we'll stay there again. Many older guests stay there so there's no music or drinking. Staff is very nice.

Because our room faced the Rotuses Aikste and since it was a weekend, there was quite a bit of party noise. This did not detract from our stay, however.

They don't clean the rooms until you ask them to. The fridge and microwave in the kitchen seems to be not cleaned for a very long time 😕

The hotel is located in the very heart of Old Town, 10 min walk from the riverside recreational park. Nice cosy rooms. There's a big kitchen with the nice view to the yard where you can eat your takeaway food, a fridge, free tea and coffee. Free water tank in the hall. Perfect option for a budget traveller.

Close to the historical center are some very cozy and silent apartments. The administrator was attentive, but actually, there were no issues; everything was perfect. :)

It feels like you live in palace. Very good quality rooms, spacious. It is fast wifi, and no tv, there are lots of books in lobby. kitchen with a wonderful view of the yard. Reception staff is very caring. In my opinion these rooms have to be rented minimum 2x more expensive.

Unfortunately, the reception was only working part-time, so there was no staff for check-in or before 9:30AM. However, we communicated via Booking, and I received replies fast as well as the check-in instructions. I was not offered an option to pay a city tax when making the booking, so I needed to wait for the reception to open on the departure day.

The room was very clean, and spacious, had everything you need. The bathroom and toilet facilities were shared but kept very clean. I mainly enjoyed the large shared kitchen in the ground floor where you could have prepare breakfast, tea or coffee for yourself.

The location is perfect for the old town, directly facing the main square. When we arrived, the Christmas decorations were still there, and fireworks were playing at night, which can be seen through our room's window. It was amazing. The room was very warm. It was almost -20 degrees outside, but the whole building is well-insulated and at the perfect temperature. There are also wool blankets in the wardrobe to keep you extra warm. The kitchen has dining tables, looking out at the churchyard. With candles lit by the windows and the snow outside, it creates a beautiful atmosphere in the evening when you want to have a cup of tea or eat your own food. The staff are very friendly and approachable. They provided a lot of helpful information for our stay.

The limescale on the faucets and bad smell coming from the drain in the shower.

I love the location. Very central. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds did not look comfy from the looks, but they were really good 👌 slept like a stone. Nice authentic view and great selection of complimentary tea.
