We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LithuaniaIt is not possible to adjust the air conditioner in your room yourself, and if you manage to do so, it can be done by a maximum of 3 degrees (defrost/cool). The condition of the toilet doors in the changing cabins is not good, the handles are very rusty. The hot tub in the spa area is really too cold. Also, in the spa area, don't forget to take your slippers, because with the disposable ones provided by the hotel, you can slip very easily, because it is very, very wet when you step out onto the pavement and there is no one to clean the wet floor from time to time. In the evening TV get stuck from time to time and there is no Smart TV option.
All the staff are smiling, polite, friendly. We got vitamin D as a gift when we arrived, it was very surprising and nice. We didn't use the mini bar, but there is definitely everything you need. Delicious and varied food for breakfast. Delicious-smelling hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel, etc.). The whole design of the hotel is really very beautiful (don't forget to check out the hotel's amazing reading room). Our room was spacious, tidy. There are deckchairs outside, and a pond is nearby.

Staff were very pleasant and always kind, helpful during the procedures time. The SPA had meniu where you could choose procedures necessary for your body. Environment was calm and relaxing during the stay and design of the SPA was very modern. Good choice and variety of food for breakfast.

LithuaniaDue to wish to monetize every single centimeter it is way too much rooms. Spa crowded at some moments and difficult to relax. I think price for one person (140e) per night it is fair when you can provide high-end services. I enjoyed time, but for me way too crowded.
Actually it is a great spa. Room is beautiful (blankets quality could be better). Spa zone well equipped, water of different pools was surprisingly perfect (heard before different opinions), staff polite (Host of restaurant should not judge people’s look and decide which restaurant we will choose according to our not super mega branded look :))) )

Ukrainestandard rooms are extremely small (no place for luggage) and dark (really small windows) we booked connecting rooms (two standard rooms with an inside door in between) when staying with a child for the first time
we have visited this hotel 5 times within the last year and all these statements are still true: - abundant and delicious breakfast - family rooms on the 3d floor are spacious and comfy with a wonderful terrace/balcony - there is a kids room with a babysitter (working 11:00-20:00 daily), where my husband and I left our 4y old to go to spa procedures as a couple - polite and helpful staff - beautiful and modern design (especially spa zone where they feature spa procedures) - in the big spa zone where there are 4 pools there is 1 that has mineral water (no itching as after usual chlorine water for those who have allergies or sensitive skin)
