Too small toilet room

Great value, very clean, great location near the airport & bus stop to Town . Very nice complementary breakfast . So thankful for it for Luxembourg. Great service.

There was no separate washroom in the room. The basin was inside the room. The shower and toilet were separate. There were not enough towels. No separate hand towels were given. When we checked in the floor was dirty. It was cleaned the next day.

The location is good. Easily accessible. Although the room was very small, the bed was comfortable along with the pillow and quilt.

Room isn't massive. Perfectly ok for an overnight stop, but wouldn't want to stay longer. Wasn't particularly cheap, but it was summer holidays I suppose!

Room was comfortable and clean, albeit on the small size. My 10 year old thought the bunk bed above the main bed was cool! The room had aircon which was nice, since it was warm when we visited. . Breakfast was ok. Parking was included in the price and plenty of spaces available. Bus stop right outside to take you to the city centre (and all public transport is free!). Restaurant and bar in the main hotel available for 'budget' guests. The steak was good.

Only ibis that we could eat in the main restaurant for dinner BUT because we were budget had to eat in the small cafe instead. Made us feel like second class.never had this separation before and would not stay again at this hotel.

It was good that night: "Ibis Budget" is a very correct, standard airport hotel with quiet, comfortable, clean room. It is not a holiday place but a nice logistic spot for early birds flying away. Though Ibis-bird does not fly.

A/c was hit and miss, bed absolutely uncomfortable. Food served is well overpriced along with bar prices. Requested additional pillows but none available!!!-cost cutting against customer comfort!!!

The budget and non budget side of the hotels are separated by a corridor, and the budget side had no staff in their lobby so had to go to the non budget side for check in. Their side has good lighting, the restaurant, and it was a little disappointing after being there to go to the budget side with lower lighting, no staff. You really feel the difference. We didn't also like that the shower was in the bedrooms, but with that being said, there is a curtain that keeps your privacy while showering, so it was truly a very minor issue. I would definitely recommend this location. We actually really loved our stay!

The employees at the hotel were so helpful. One lady at reception helped us determine how to get to the American Cemetery, which was very tough by public transport. Her kindness was so appreciated. The breakfast, which we had thought would just be very simple was actually really good with lots of protein choices, since we are diabetic. Fresh boiled eggs, meats and cheese, something called frontage, which was like Greek yogurt and delicious coffee drinks without sugar-fantastic! The employee named Estelle who handled the breakfast deserves an extra note of appreciation from us. She went above and beyond with her kindness, friendly attitude and willingness to help us. She was just wonderful. There is a restaurant in the non-budget side of the hotel, which was very good. It was so nice to find after a long flight! The rooms were comfortable and met our needs. We would definitely stay here again. The transportation was very easy to get in and out of Luxembourg and all for free, which was such a bonus.

Probably needs a refresh Something better than a curtain to separate the shower from the main room Squeaky beds Tight space, but we did not plan on spending much time in room anyway More information on how to get to the city would have helped - even a simple poster (must be a very common question - we were told to go to the airport which put us off - what was the bus stop outside?)

The room's floors are not maintained and cleaned. The toilet was very compact. There was no closet or wardrobe. The upper bed was very small

Location & Transportation: The hotel is just an 8-minute walk from the airport. There is a nearby bus stop. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes Room - There was Air conditioning in the room Staff - Extremely professional, responsible and friendly staff who catered to all my needs. They provided everything we asked for example Kettle in the room. They are wonderful! Breakfast - We took it separately and the combinations were good. I croissant + hot beverage (small)for 3 Euros
