Not sure if this is true, but I had the feeling something was missing on the shower head in my room.

The bath tub was awesome. Room was nice, warm and spacious. Also the location was exactly what I needed.

Nice hotel in the town. The reception guy was super helpful and nice, as we're all the staff. We put our motorbikes in the garage which was good as the car park looked full. Room was spacious and clean with all you need. Bed was a bit soft for my preference but that's a subjective subject.

Very nice, quiet and spacious room with a great shower. Lovely location. Great breakfast and the food in the restaurant, which was themed like an alpine lodge, was great. Off road parking available for my motorbike, easy to find and good views.

Shower cubicle has seen better days. One major disappointment this time was the quality of the breakfast. It used to be superb but this time it was very average with rubbery scrambled eggs, overdone bacon and ham cheese that had been out too long. Also the coffee machine wasn't working.

The only thing to mention for improvement would be that you have to go and find someone to help you at the front desk: a big bell would be helpful there. But then there’s a shortage of labour everywhere, I can also understand that they try to be efficient multitasking their heads of. Oh, and yes, I’d agree with some other reviewers that the furniture and general decoration is a bit outdated to my taste, but others will find it rustic. Nothing was broken or dirty, that’s what really matters to me.

Hotel Petry was a joy to stay in for two days during a cycling trip that passed by Vianden. There was space for my bike in the garage with the motor cycles, the beds (I stayed in two different rooms because they were nearly full) were clean and to my liking. Everything was clean, actually. The staff were very friendly, also at the restaurant.

The room was small, and the bathroom was tiny. There was a lot of heat coming from one of the walls (I think it came from the chimney of the pizza oven), as there is no air conditioning and we were there in summer, the room was hot. The bed had strange pillows, both my wife and I found them uncomfortable.

The location is perfect, right in the centre of town and close to everything. The breakfast was really good, and the food in the restaurant was very good too. We had parking close by (100m away). The view from the room was really beautiful.

We were a bit disappointed with the coverage of the WiFi, which was not sufficient for the room we had all the way in the back on the 2nd floor. We had to go out of the room to connect to the WiFi.

We were very pleased with the location, the hotel itself, the restaurant and its service. The room was big, and nice. I liked the hotel as it was so much different and therefor more cozey then any other modern hotel.

The pillows were actually massive and extremely lumpy cushions. The worst I've ever slept on, which was really uncomfortable. I couldn't understand why they provided those, but it was late & we were too tired to get them replaced. We otherwise had no other complaints.

Excellent location & great restaurant. It looks like the busiest restaurant in the town. Overall good hotel in an excellent location. Had a nice balcony too. Would stay there again.

A friendly hotel, well located in a pretty little village that was a great stop-over. Staff were friendly and helpful and motorcycle parking was provided at the back of the hotel. It seemed a popular choice with motorcyclists.
