- No shelf next to the upper bunk beds - No hand soap in the dorm room's bathroom (what's the point of me using the toilet nearby if I can't properly wash my hands afterwards) - Can be very crowded, being the only hostel in Luxembourg City, you may find simply no seat available to have breakfast between 8:30 and 9 AM, and the lounge room will always be noisy in the evening - The vending machines have quite high prices

- The breakfast buffet is acceptable - The bunk beds are comfortable and come with properly placed plugs - Staff was polite

There are no curtains in the bed. As is a shared room should be curtains in each bed, that will promote more privacy for each guest.

There is a restaurant in the hotel which even offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is so good. The staff are so generous. As I have food allergies, they offered me gluten free bread and dairy free milk.

As a warning, if one uses the bathroom in the rooms late at night/early in the morning, it is super loud, so I’d say use the ones in the corridors.

Bathrooms in room which was great, but also more on each floor - perfect for early mornings or late nights. Not difficult to get to from the train station (I’d recommend taking the 14 to plateau altmunster and walking down the path or the road, and then to go to the station the 23 from pfaffenthal vauban), and to go all around the city. Big lockers (probably not enough for a suitcase, but good for my duffel bag, backpack, and more), you need a lock. Great security. Vending machines on the ground floor. Breakfast included was good - it was on the simple side, but it was great nonetheless. Private lights and plug sockets. A table in the room. Check in/out was very easy.

Maybe it's not the hostel's fault that we had a noisy and unusual roommate, but it was really bad. The system in the bathroom (under the pretext of saving water) was really annoying.

The beds were hard and the pillow was very thin. The place is pricey for a hostel but all accommodation in Luxembourg is expensive.

The staff was very helpful and nice, the location was close to the old town, breakfast started at 6.30 already which was very helpful as I had to leave early.

I did check in around 4 and there was no towels avaiable, they should have enough towels for all people doing check in. Also showe timer was bad, had to press every 30 seconds, but I think this is common in most of hostels.

Room is very spacious and there is loads of games avaiable in reception. Also is close to public transport in a walk distance to City center.

The first Youth Hostel I've encountered that doesn't have self catering facilities - a big disappointment for someone on a budget. Food is available in the restaurant, but at a cost. The pillows are stuffed with cut up foam rubber, so not very comfortable

I always stay in Youth Hostels where possible because they are always clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. This one did not disappoint on those points. And, the free breakfast was appreciated

The bedroom door always closes with a loud noise, which bothers guests. The bathroom needs to be renovated and better cleaned. The early check-in should be allowed.

My room doesn’t have a private bathroom, it’s a bit inconvenient. There’s not so many options for breakfast. The location is not so suitable for people who have a lot of luggage, you’ll have to went through some bumpy roads and hills on your way to the bus stop.

It’s quiet and clean. The staff was nice enough to give me an empty room, so that I could get the lower bunk bed cause I hurt my ankle.

The window in our room was locked and the hostel was unable to provide us with the key to open it so we ended up sleeping with the door open to allow for some ventilation. It's not rwally a "youth hostel" and even though everyone was nice, having school children and 40 year olds mixed in with the youth doesn't allow for that specific dynamic.

Nicely compartimented rooms. The location of and view from the location are stunning. It was really clean.
