You had to wait for warm water a bit too long.

The room was lovely, view was beautiful even late winter time, so during summer it is wi derful, lake. Bathroom was beautiful, good bed, enough room. Eating at the restaurant was best, food is good and service was perfect.

The rooms were above the restaurant and therefore it was noisy until 10.30 pm. The hotel was located next to a main road and therefore there was constant car noise. It's possible to have only late breakfast (from 11:00 am).

Perfect location, beautiful room, staff very helpful. Restaurant with huge terrace by the lake. We really enjoyed our burgers. Family friendly place.

The dinner was not very good this time, last year it was much better. Maybe because the restaurant was very full this time and the kitchen seemed very busy.

The rooms are spacious and clean and with air conditioning. The surroundings are very beautiful. Good value for money for the accommodation.

We were at first worried about where to have breakfast since we had to participate an event in Valmiera the next morning. Thanks to restaurant staff we got some food nicely prepared that was not on the menu. An option to have breakfast would make the stay 10 out of 10!

Restaurant available only after 11:00 in the morning, so better prepare Your breakfast in advance (refrigerator available in the room). The music from the restaurant is very audible upstairs in the rooms.

Close to our destination - Karl Waltertools masterclass and also Valmiera and Valmiermuiža.

For us it was no problem, but the stairs are quite steep to the 2nd floor. Breakfast might be nice a little earlier, the restaurant opened at 11am.

Beautiful, cozy and clean room. Very nice staff and restaurant downstairs. Very quiet after the restaurant closed. Beautiful and well maintained garden with lots of details. My dog enjoyed the garden also. Would definitely return.

No towels in room. Breakfast was available late in the morning. Was worned that could get little noisy when restaurant full at later hours. That was not the case on weekday.

Quiet countryside guesthouse behind a restaurant. Could get desent meal later in the evening. Room is simple but really cozy.

Very beautiful and interesting property with a lake, several traditional buildings and many wood carving artworks, the restaurant is excellent for having a lunch or dinner.

Breakfast is not included in the hotel cost. That's weird. Breakfast is also open only at 11.00 in the morning, which means that if you have to leave early in the morning you will not have any breakfast. But if you wait until 11.00 and wait for the restaurant to open, you will lose time and in principle you only can start moving no earlier than 12.00 from the hotel.

Very beautiful area, large plots where you can have a good time with children. Everything is very clean and tidy. An ideal place to visit Valmiera and relax in the fresh air later in the evening. Very original attractions for children on a fresh air. Very spacious and clean rooms. Very tasty food in the restaurant!

we had some minor drainage problems in the sink, as well as hot water did not come instantly.

Beautifully decorated room with a scent of wood. Felt comfortable, warm and spacious. Restaurant downstairs had some great food. Overall it was a pleasure to stay! Thank you! :)

I didnt like that we found some old candy under the bed. As I was traveling with a 11 month old then I was unpleasantly surprised when I saw what he had found on the floor :/ My husband says that the pillows could have been more comfortable.

The location was excellent because we were attending a birthday party in the wakepark Rancho right next to Mazais Ansis. I liked the staff - communicative, polite, helpful. I liked the room's interior very much.
