We've been served by Sandra,she is very welcome person 😊 we arrived early 11am and we was looking to live our luggage until check-in. But our room was ready for us and Sandra made check-in straight away, it's was very kind and unexpected. Nice and clean rooms as usual. Thank you for another warm stay

The hotel is located in the center. The rooms were very cosy and clean. A very diverse buffet table. The photos of the hotel correspond to reality. I reccomend it 10/10

Very few vegan Options for breakfast. even just oat milk would be wonderful. Would also be good for lactose intolerant people.

It was clean and looked modern. Breakfast was also fine and the staff was very friendly! I also liked how we could Store our bags with no additional cost because we didnt want to carry it the whole time. Otherwise no complaints. Clean rooms, things like a fridge or a boiler were there.Rooms were heated.

Lobby bar closes quite early at 22:00, breakfast can be a bit overcrowded.

We got a twin room instead of a double, however the problem was quickly resolved by the lady at the reception.

The room was modern and spacious. Great variety available for breakfast. Good location, close to the old town. Parking with lots of space available.

If I nitpick, there was a bit of mold in the shower, and the bathroom door handle had some loose screws. Breakfast is basic but the same as in most of the hotels nowadays.

I have booked this hotel a few times and will book again in the future. The standard of quality has been consistent during all stays Central location, clean, quiet, good soundproofing, fairly big rooms, comfortable bed, and decent quality toiletries.

I did not like the taste of coffee in the breakfasts and that there were no orange juice. Otherwise there was everything great.

They upgraded my room and it was huge. The room was clean and there was everything what you needed - including good coffee. The breakfast was good. I liked that You can can freshy backed omelet. The location is supper amazing and the parking is cheap.

Everything was great. Quality for the price exceeded expectations.

The breakfast was nice, there was plenty of food for all tastes. The hotel is clean and cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable. Speaking of location, it was great too, the main points of the city are easily reached by foot. I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back anytime soon.

Well located near rail and bus stations , handy for the central market and a short walk into Riga old town .Hotel was well kept and decorated , clean and tidy , rooms were well equipped and the shower was great , the breakfast was well stocked with quality food items .

When booking a room, I indicated that I needed a quiet room, if possible on the quiet side of the hotel. But the room that the night receptionist gave out was located on the second floor right above the DISCO! The receptionist gave the room saying that they had no other available rooms, and this was the best option... Of course, the room was replaced later with a more suitable one.

Comfortable modern clean room with nice lighting. There is a kettle in a room to have a tea or coffee. The bed was broad and comfortable. A good varied breakfast is included. The hotel is located close to the historical city center.

It was excellent overall, great room, didn't hear any other guests so good sound isolation,, comfy bed, nice bathroom, good breakfast, welcoming and helpful personnel, and a good bonus we got as a gift. Thank you, the visit was amazing, we loved it! Also, recommend to use the little spa downstairs, a good place to relax in a small group of people/couple.
