There was no hairdryer available in the room or at the front desk. No bottled water or kettle in the room.

Location was good; walked to the mosques and the sea. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant.

only 1 night had hot water in the shower, drink water only 1st night, my booking was including breakfast while I am fasting they send very basic food.

The gentleman name Hisham deserves to be a manager at this hotel, excellent communication skills, polite, so helpful, ladies whom tidy up the room good listener and clean well

The road side rooms are annoying during the night, the sounds of the vehicle and some noises will not allow you sleep well. They don't have a proper breakfast, serving the same particular items each and every day with tea or coffee.

The location I love the most, easy to connect with local restaurant and bars. The room size are good enough and has kitchens in the corner. Employees are very welcoming most of them are friendly.

- (free) parking quite difficult in the busy street (but the 'guard' offered good help) - no curtain or door in the bathroom; everything becomes completely wet - soap dispenser was empty - water shower only lukewarm in the evening - only 1 (uncozy) lamp in the room - kettle in the room, but coffee and tea as well would have been nice - only 1 chair in the room - only 1 towel in the bathroom (we were given one extra when we asked) - smoke odour everywhere (even in the towels) - quite expensive for what it is given all these things

+ take away restaurant 50m away + nice breakfast (set, no choices) + spacious room + friendly personnel, 'guard' in front of the hotel

I have stayed 3 nights, I loved the localization 20 min from the Corniche and 20 min from the old medina, the staff were really gentle and helpfull, they have really recommand us good restaurante with good prices, a big thanks to Mme Behija for the cleanless room and being helpflull

There was no water in the room, we called to ask for water but the staff said they don't provide water. Water is the most basic thing a hotel should provide, even if they want to charge extra for it. Also, rooms need better lighting

Facilities could use some maintainance. Shower head was leaking from the base which was very annoying. Wall paint was coming off.

Some rooms might be very noisy (we had to ask for a quiet room not facing the street), the towels were not soft and reduced in number (one bath towel each and only a small one to share for face and hands), a little problem with the water drainage (each time we took a shower, the bathroom floor got all wet )

The location was great, all main sites could be reached on foot; the rooms were spacious and the beds very large and comfortable; the staff exceptionally kind and helpful.

The Air conditioner is not working

No hairdryer ( we knew when we booked) No vending machine for waters ( it's hot in Morocco) Do not book room facing street, it's extremely noisy. They have few rooms with twin singles so we opted for a queen bed away from the noise. Breakfast is basic but staff is very friendly.

Staff is friendly and willing to help. Rooms NOT FACING main road are quiet and comfortable.

This seems to be quite a decent property especially with the rooftop and decent rooms but definitely not anywhere close to be claimed as 4 star. Its funny that the security guard is the one running around showing us to our room and fixing issues with the room that any other staff. The weirdest part was they offered us one towel for two people and claimed that’s how it works here. No information was provided about WiFI password or breakfast during check in. The first room smelled of paint and then we were offered a change of rooms. The rooms are not clean enough, ants walking round the carpet, the door jammed and toiletries below average. Only plus of property being location, roof top for breakfast and decent bedding. Also for parking they use a public parking and charge you on hourly basis.

The windows didn't close, and the street had a lot of noise. The cleaning was not good, specially the carpets and the sofa, but the bathroom was ok.
