Noise from the night club next door is insane, up until 5am,we asked to be moved and we've been lucky to have room available from the pool side area and it was nice and quiet. Unfortunately room had broken fridge and for 5 days nothing has been done despite reception assuring over and over again it will be fixed,some of the furniture looks run down but clean. Hotel has no iron or kettle for the guests.

Staff in the hotel is friendly, location is very good, it was a pleasant experience, do not expect high standards because is only 3 star hotel,room, sheets and towels always clean and fragrant,breakfast at the hotel has plenty to choose from, food was fresh, dining room always clean.

Hmm very old fashioned … it needs a good renovation and one or two staff members unpleasant… also room service only available after 9pm but this should be all day … not allowed to take drinks and food to your room .. and lifts are very noiseyyy

The cleanliness level was very poor. We found a dead cockroach, there was hair on our shower wall (very disgusting), floors clearly have not been vacuumed nor washed in a long time. They were sticky and covered in dust. We didn't get bed covers, we had a quilt but it didn't have a cover on it which was disgusting, found hair in the bed as well.

The restaurant by the pool was excellent, breakfast was good, staff was really nice. we enjoyed the short, walkable distance from the beach and city centre.

Bedrooms were not very clean.We had to get 3 different key cards as the door would not open.Coffee machine at breakfast needs cleaning as the coffee tasted like hot chocolate. Breakfast not very good,No fruit,not much choice!!!!Not many people want to eat pasta for breakfast!Should be a better choice.It was very noisy last night.Maybe some nightclub?Noise was till 5am!!!!Not hotels fault but the room we had was on 3rd floor 314 was too noisy.

The foyer area was very nice,comfortable with nice different seating.Couches are comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful

You get what you pay for. It's cheap for a reason. Bathrooms need a makeover with new sinks, toilets bidets and showers. The toilets look and feel like they are super cheap and remind me of toilets from the most remotest areas in service stations in the UK. Very unpleasant bathrooms.

There is a level of old grime (like in the grout or light fixtures), but the floors were very clean appearing, and smelled clean after the cleaning lady came thru. The walls/doors are a little thin, so we could hear people in the hallway at night sometimes.

Breakfast was good, and the hotel was on a main drag so easy to find your way around. Parking can be tight at times. The outdoor areas were nice and the staff responsive.

Pool and Garden area is very beautiful, also the lobby. We loved the 70's style of the hotel though it could be renovated. Will come back If WE are in town again. Thanks for having us!
