Afra House is a lovely, quirky place. You are surrounded by colour and cool stuff is hanging from everywhere. It's only a few minutes away from the main attractions. Hamza is a fantastic person, his smile and hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Would definitely stay again.

Overall the stay was very nice. The location is great and especially Hamza was amazing! He helped us with parking and was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was super nice. Only the room was very cold and could use a little “love” with the decorations and better bed.

Nothing it’s a great place.

This property gives you most unique Moroccan features and taste of a Moroccan home. The roof top views are amazing. It’s placed in the heart of this beautiful Little city and great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and able to help with anything you may need. Pleasant morning breakfast cooked with all your needs met .

The staff is so helpful. Hamza was a great help with my luggage from taxi point uphill to the guesthouse. He also shared places to visit and good food recommendation. Breakfast was freshly prepared by the sweet lady, the plus point with city view when taken at the rooftop terrace. The room was comfy and had nice character

Afra House is a little paradise on earth where we immediately felt at home. The decoration is beautiful, the atmosphere is very calm, the view from the terrace is stunning, the place is very clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was the nicest!

Fatima, the host, was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Her family were also helpful and did everything to make my stay memorable. Breakfast was all freshly prepared and delicious. Rooftop terrace has spectacular views. Comfy and cosy room, which felt very homely with walk in shower. Pretty tiled bathroom. Various beautiful rooms on offer. Excellent location - you step out of the door and you are in the bustling, pretty medina with a great choice of restaurants, cafes, snacks, handicrafts, art work, main square, and the Kasbah. Also, on the same street as the most well-known, famous blue streets seen in photos. Less than a 10 minute walk from other famous photo locations and 10 minute walk to the river and where you start your hike to the Spanish Mosque. I stayed here for 4-5 nights. Fatima also did not charge me for laundry services, which was very generous. Chefchaouen is a gem and the authentic, quaint, beautiful accommodation provided the perfect stay.

I very much enjoyed staying at Afra House. The room is warm with plenty of cosy blankets, the view from the upstairs terrace is beautiful where we enjoyed a yummy Moroccan breakfast in the sunshine. The riad is also centrally located and the staff are friendly. Thank you very much!

Brilliant guest house to stay with amazing hospitality, terrace and breakfast. Our room was clean and spacious, also well decorated. The best breakfast we had while travelling Morocco for 2 weeks. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing - everything about the stay was great!

Great location and really comfortable accommodation with amazing artwork and decor throughout the property. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a highlight and something that you must experience if staying at Afra House! The staff were so friendly and helpful - they go above and beyond for their guests. I stayed as a solo traveller and was offered to be taken around Chefchaouen on my first morning to show me around the town and popular photo spots, and was also taken to Akchour waterfalls on another day - if you stay at Afra House as a guest, you leave as a friend! Thank you for making my time in Chefchaouen so amazing!
