Aghata Palms Riad was wonderful. Absolutely everything was beautiful, we loved it very much. It's in a great location in the medina. Maybe it takes some searching the first time, but Blanka the owner sent you a map on how to get there, even with photos of the street and front door. When you arrive there you will be welcomed bij the friendly Fouzia who will show you around. Fouzia comes to clean every day and if you want she will make breakfast for you. We didn't do that so unfortunately I can't say anything about that. We had the top floor with private terrace and sea view. There were two very nicely decorated bedrooms one with a bad and one with a shower. The beds were very comfortable. There is a nice kitchen and excellent WiFi. On the ground floor you will find books and information maps with many excellent tips. There is also a beautiful garden with lots of plants, palms and a swimming pool that you may use. Everything there is also very beautiful decorated. It was a pleasure to communicate with Blanka. She is very attentive, she responds quickly to your message and gives you a lot of good information in a nice way. Essaouira and Riad des Palms stolen my heart. Essaouira has a special harbor with a lot of activity, many blue fishing boats, seaqulls and many sweet cats. There's a cozy medina with lots of shops and very friendly people. Lots of good restaurants too. I can't wait to go there again. And of course back to Aghata Palms Riad. Thank you very much, Blanka and Fouzia. It was great! Hope to come back soon. We liked everything

The stay has been awesome from start to finish. We got a detailed description how to find the place, where to park and what to expect from the riad and neighborhood. There is an even more extensive booklet on the ground floor for more insights. Blanka was always available when we had any kind of questions. Fouzia made us a nice breakfast on our first day and has helped us to to get around.

We had second floor apartment, not use to having an open terrace and corridors. A couple of issues that owner sorted.

Had whole second floor apartment, lots of space. Very helpful owner on phone contact, really cared about helping with anything. Lovely daily maid. Fantastic location. Very beautiful apartment.

My friend and I were on the top floor of this Riad where we each had our own bedroom. There is a kitchen and outside seating area. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. It was nice being able to spread out (and wash clothes in the washing machine) after weeks of traveling. The rooms are cleaned daily, good wi-fi, and the location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Our host wasn't present but communication with her is excellent to ensure all our questions are answered. I would stay here again and I recommend it highly.

Support from the staff prior to, and during, our stay was amazing. The location is great, only a short walk to the Bab Marrakech carpark, and the centre of the medina. The Riad, itself, is beautiful, lots of space to relax. We would highly recommend!

Swimming pool is cold, but it's a problem of every pool in Morocco.

We were in Morocco 15 days and just 2 of them in this Riad which was the best one among others. We've got the floor with a terrace and it's fantastic! Having breakfast or drinking wine with an ocean view, or simply sunbathing - valuable! Both of the rooms were big enough, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-equiped. If I come back to Essaouira, I will definitely book this place again.

Wow, what a beautiful riad. We had the entire second floor to ourselves, it was perfect! The roof terrace is amazing...and offers a view of the ocean. Blanka and Fouzia are very welcoming and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything. You can walk yourself from the bus stop, only 5 minutes. Be advised that the riad is next to a mosque, so the Muezzin call at sunrise is very loud ;) although i think that is the case for almost all riads in the Medina of Essaouira. You'll get used to it and fall asleep again hehe. One of the muezzin had the voice of an angel though, wouldn't mind to hear him more often. The other ones not so much :D

We were in February and had terrible luck with the weather and low temperatures. The rooms had small electric heaters, but it was a little bit chilly. I suppose stronger heaters could help with that. If you come in warmer months, you can easily skip this info ;).

The Riad is cosy and tastefully designed. Beautiful garden. There are 3 floors, each is a separate apartment. It's a typical riad, so there is a lot of shared space. The location is excellent, in Medina, very close to all Essaouira's attractions. The rooms ar spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Everything would have been perfect during a warmer season.

The location was very easy to find thanks to the clear instructions from the host. We really enjoyed the beautiful interior with lots of fine details.

The garden is beautiful and it's lovely to have a pool inside the city. Everything was working and the bed was super comfortable. The location is fantastic and I will be definitely coming back. Essaouira is an amazing city, everyone is very friendly.

Hidden gem in the middle of medina. Lovely garden - I did not expect that. The riad is very typical Moroccan - open and sunny. I wish I had more time to spend there. We will definitely come back for longer.
