Shower has no hot water. Better to leave more free time for the camel ride so we can take pictures of each other while still on camel. Instruction could be a litter clearer. We were confused about how to get to the tent.

They charge you more than the reservation cost, for example for transport, even if you don't do trips. But it is worth it, with everything it comes with!

The camp is really nice and has one of the best locations possible. The people help you, if you have questions and you can just call them if you need something.

If you want to get a luxury feeling with optimal price and quality please go for it. Hamid and Ali were great. They picked us up from the pick up point and took us to the most adventurous and surreal place. The camp is in the middle of nowhere (the great Sahara) surrounded by sand dunes and it offers everything from food, hot water, excellent rooms (tents) with private bathrooms, Berber live music, 4x4 adventures, camel trek and so on….definitely worth it.

What an amazing desert experience! Wasn't sure about booking this, but Hamid was extremely helpful. We were picked up from Merzouga and taken to the camp in a 4x4. The stay was extremely comfortable with all facilities including WiFi. The staff made a bonfire for us and we all sang songs and drank some wine, with beautiful views of the Sahara desert. MUST DO! P. S. You sleep like a baby in the camp, it's just so peaceful and beautiful 😍

Friendly and very accommodating staff, although I arrived later than planned, and skipped the camel ride at sunset, I was given the opportunity to do it at sunrise instead. Had an exquisite dinner, and a fun quad ride the next day, followed by a unexpected visit to the Gwana tribe. Overall, an unforgettable experience.

Wow! What an experience ❤️ We booked directly with the hotel last minute. The price is definitely on the higher end but the photos on this place just looked amazing. When we arrived, we were greeted by Hamid is the manager and his team before he took us to the edge of town to ride the camels to the campsite in the Sahara. When we get to the camp; from the start to finish, the service was been amazing. The tent doesn’t just look nice , it was very comfortable as well. Once in a life time experience for sure.

These vacations are in the middle of the desert, so actually complaining about anything is unproportional. The infrastructure is different from any big city, so expect disruptions on the internet, bugs, and sand everywhere. We don't complain, because we know it would be like this and we loved the whole experience.

Hamid is a wonderful host. He organised everything for us in a way we could be picked up in Errachidia, and brought to our Hotel/Camp. We had a hotel room during the day, where we could use the pool and relax, and at night we have been transferred to our camp. In the Camp we had every day dinner and breakfast. The Hotel was good, the pool was refreshing and clean and the food was delicious. The staff there is always friendly and helpful. With them, we've learned the tradition of the Moroccan tea. :) The Camp was also great, the tents are very luxurious and confortable, with a lot of attention to detail, and we loved the desert vibes. They also have super luxurious bungalows, even with a bathtube, and all of that in the middle of the desert. The staff there is also very friendly and caring, the food was very good and we had the chance to see a lot of the desert. In the night, there is also music in the camp to warm up the heart. :) Hamid was always present, to help us with everything we needed. He has also organised our tours around the desert. We went around on camels, watching a beautiful sunset, then we made a quad drive in the middle of the dunes, which was super fun and our favourite activity, and we also had a day around with the 4x4, visiting the nomad camp, the mines and the Black Village, being able to experience a lot of the local culture. We loved it. He also organised our way back to the airport in the middle of the night. So you don't need to have any concern on how you will reach Merzouga or leave it. The attention given by Hamid was incredible, and he always took care that we were happy with anything we needed.
