The hotel it’s self is great but in our room the telephone and steamer iron did not work. Unfortunately there was a bit of an issue before we arrived. We kept getting a message saying our card details needed to be updated. I continually updated the card and even tried different cards but each time I’d get another message from the hotel stating I needed to update. I’d never had this issue before and have used the card on booking.com for several other hotels so was confused. Overall this was annoying as all cards had more than enough funds. Less than 2 weeks before our booking the hotel decided to cancel our room. We immediately tried to rebook with the hotel but our room was no longer available, and a downgraded room was available but was £200 more than we paid. We found it difficult to locate another suitable hotel in Tangier during peak time and at such short notice so we decided to settle paying the extra for the downgraded room. This time everything went fine regarding payment. I would just advise you select the pay at property option as though it’s initially a little more, if we selected this option originally we wouldn’t have had to go through all the additional admin and could have kept our original, better room, at a much lower price.

The hotel is very modern and clean. That staff are very helpful and polite. The pool is nice and not overly crowded, you’re also provided with towels. The rooftop area is very nice with great views, especially at sunset, the terrace area also has a smaller but nice pool. The spa was fantastic, I went for an hour long hammam during my stay and it was a highlight! The bedrooms are large, clean and the aircon is great. The bathrooms are very clean and modern, the shower pressure is fantastic and they also provide a lot of toiletries and helpful kits, so you should be covered in case you forget anything. The location is good, you’re able to get cabs directly outside and it’s a very short walk away from the beach.

Having to make a deposit of $630. upon check-in to cover 'possible incidentals' was unexpected and too much. The amount was returned to me at the end but it really is too great an amount to have on hold.

It’s overpriced it’s not worthy at all, it’s just a 3 stars hotel, especially the pool area it’s like a residential complex and not a 5 stars hotel. The TV is not smart so you can’t play youtube or netflix, also we didn’t find blankets in the room and there is no prayer mat

Few details: the elevators are completely crazy, they need to be programmed properly. There is no bidet in the bathroom. In the rooftop there is a small pool which is amazing, this could be a very nice jacuzzi.

Amazing location with spectacular view. The rooftop is just incredible at sunset! Staff is super nice from reception to parking, housekeeping and the restaurant managers and waiters 👌🏼. The pool is superbe. Huge and deep with very nice setup and a bar with snacks and drinks. Rooms are confortable with nice bedding. The restaurants provide international and Moroccan cuisine and portions are generous.

Staff are great but they tend to not acknowledge you at the desk quickly. They will often finish their conversation with colleagues before acknowledging you waiting which is a very different approach to most hotels and the customer service you expect when paying high rates. However all staff were polite and helpful and delivered service with a smile! Would happily return again

Great location, lovely hotel and great facilities. Breakfast was included in the rate and the breakfast was nice! I was given a late check out for free as I didn’t arrive until late which was appreciated! Lovely view from my balcony too!

All extras, drinks and food are outrageously expensive in this hotel. The breakfast assortment is for Moroccans. At night, until 5 o'clock, very loud noise from the nearby cafes. Lot of little things are missing, for example- the shoehorn, there is no bidet in the toilet, etc

The hotel is not five stars, if we have a European understanding of stars :) The hotel is built on the waterfront, 2 km from the seaport, near the old town. there are many kebab shops nearby :)

there was not much to complain about - Payne the prices at the lobby and pool bar that were very expensive but other then that it was excellent service.

the property was very well located in front of the sea and the marina bay. the staff was very friendly and the rooms and the whole property was clean. especially the staff from the restaurant at the breakfast were all adorable with a special shoot out to the manager that was very friendly with his staff and with the people in general.
