The room and location were fantastic. Great breakfast with lots of choice and a spectacular view. So close to many attractions but very quiet. We loved the pool roof terrace and the pool temp was fine. Staff were always helpful and polite. A real gem in the heart of Marrakesh

-perfect location on the Jamna El Fna square, in the cente rof the Medina -spotless, perfect cleanliness -restaurant is top quality, fine and original marocan cuisine, for very good value (not worth going to touristic restaurant which were not as food as at the hotel and more expensive) -incredible breakfast with salty:sweetie fresh meals, ranging from couscous to croissant, yoghurt, crepes, all very fresh and delicious -very polite and dedicated staff at the restaurant -very friendly and helpful reception (thks to Youssef) who found a car + guide to take us to Atlas mountain in less than 24 h

    Can’t think of anything

This property captures the essence of Moroccan hospitality- warm, sensuous, classy and friendly. Staff go out of their way to help you. Mohammed in the restaurant- warm with beautiful smile. Made us the best Moroccan tea. Barain in reception was so helpful . Excellent breakfast spread. Tasted restaurant menu once. Wish we had more dinners here. Fab location. Good Wi-Fi. Lovely shower cubicle. Even though it is right in one corner of Jemaa el fnaa, inside is quiet and peaceful

Our hotel stays exceeded our expectations in every way possible. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated in Morocco stye, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, our stay was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return to Hotel Stays for our next trip.

Pool was too cold to be unusable. One of the main reason we chose this hotel is that it was listed as having a heated pool, which is rare in the medina. At checkin we learned that management elected not to heat the pool at this time of year which is surprising as temperature can vary between mid teens and mid thirties and it is cooler In the evenings. We felt misled by the “heated pool” listing. It seems that hotel management prioritised cost saving ahead of customer experience, this I found disappointing and not something I’d expect from high end hotel charging premium rates. This was the only let down on what was otherwise a perfect stay.

Hotel is in a super central location, walking distance to everywhere in the median, but stepping inside feels like a calm and quiet oasis on the edge of the main square. Interior of the hotel and rooms are beautiful and impeccably clean. Staff are wonderful, friendly and deliver first class service. Breakfast was good as well. Sun terrace on the roof is also a lovely space to relax.

    It was perfect

We loved our stay. What a fantastic location, yet an oasis to escape the hustle and bustle and we were made so welcome. Exceptional service from all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. Reception staff always happy to chat and offer help and enquire how our day had been. Excellent breakfasts with so much choice and very attentive staff. Lovely room and kept so clean. Great roof terrace with pool and seating with a view of the main square. Our flight was very early yet when we arrived we had a great welcome with traditional mint tea and had full use of the facilities whilst our room was made ready. We also used the hotel car regularly and Mohammed, our driver was excellent, from airport collection and trips to restaurants and even taking us for an evening in the desert. Whilst here we highly recommend you ask the hotel to book the walking tour with a private guide .Abdul (nickname Kojak) was the highlight of Marrakesh for us. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and we saw sights we would never have seen on our own. We feel we saw the real Marrakesh and learnt so much. Definitely a place we will return to 😊

We were in room 18 - lovely room but we had the constant low hum of what I suspect was the hotel air ducting (it wasn't the room aircon). This did not affect my sleep but did wake my partner from time to time.

Hotel car for airport pick up/drop off good value and ideal for hotel located inside Jaama Al Fna - which has access restrictions for most of the day unless (like the hotel car) you have a permit. Small pool and roof top cafe overlooks the square.

    Nothing, it was perfect!

Highly recommended this hotel & riad, an oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of the square. As soon as you step through the large gold doors, there is peace and quiet, and you are always met with such a warm welcome. Easy to locate after the maze of the medina. There was nothing we didn't like. The pool, although unheated and very cold, was refreshing after a busy day sightseeing in 30 degree temperatures even in Feb. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and it was lovely to sit on the terrace and watch the local people set up in the square. Every member of staff we had the pleasure of meeting treated us amazingly. The room was perfect with a super large and comfy bed. It had a mini fridge, hairdryer, tv and lovely shower and aircon. As soon as you stepped into the Riad and your room, there was silence, the noise from the square was gone, so peaceful and cool. We had lunch on the last day and only wished we had eaten there more often as it was delicious. Highly recommend the sandwiches served with fries. I changed my riad booking to this one at the last minute, and Im so glad I did. It was perfect.
