The water was not as hot as I would have preferred. The dishes that had been used by quests for eating in their rooms were not collected on time and every time one passed them, it was not a pretty sight.

I enjoyed the reception. One could tell that the hotel was happy to have guests. The guy who helped with the luggage and showed us to our rooms was always eager to assist whenever necessary. Breakfast was good and the juice was always fresh.

The light in the room and in the bathroom is insufficient at night - more people have been complaining about it. There is really room for improvement in this respect. Two days the room was not cleaned, but this was due to the fact that there was only one person on duty - impossible to cope with all 39 rooms

Very good location, clean and comfortable room. Particularly kind and hospitable staff at the reception, always there to assist whenever needed. They even provided me with an additional floor lamp, to make it somewhat more comfortable when I was working with my laptop - otherwise it was impossible to see the keyboard, due to insufficient light in the room at night. Decent breakfast, although all 6 days the coffee machine persistently refused to give me a cappuccino - I always got a hot chocolate instead :) Not a problem for me, as I also like hot chocolate :). Overall a good hotel.

There is no private parking, but it's advertised as having, there is no bar as per advert. Restaurant, just for breakfast! And breakfast was very lacking in inspiration or taste. No coffee facilities in room, no complementry drinking water in rooms.. I guess this should have been expected, price and value for money....hmmm, Debatable. Basic, Basic, Basic........your choice!

On booking.com it clearly stated that the hotel had a bar and restaurant, this was not the case. Aircon in the rooms was not working, staff managed to get some working but only one of the four booked rooms.

Location was good, as was the secure motorbike parking outside.

Is a bit dark in the room I think they need to put more light on You need to expect some street noise around 9am but not so much it's a calm street

Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful especially Reda he was incredibly helpful and funny (thanks Reda :). The rooms were very comfortable, I highly recommend this hotel. In the next door hotel (4 stars), which they also own, the breakfast was excellent. You may need 3-4 minutes to locate some small grocery stores. You may require a pick-up or enjoy a half-hour walk to get to tourist attractions (depending on my not fast walking lol) TV - working Hot water - working Air conditioning - working Small fridge - I didn't turn on There is a small note with the WiFi password in the rooms next to the beds

The location was kind of disappointing. It wasn't in the center. It took time for me to find a restaurant. And I needed more light in the room.

The AC did not work. I requested for a double bedroom instead they gave me a twin bed stating it is full (which is an absolute lie). The AC did not work.

1. There is darkness in the hotel all around the corridors, the rooms are not bright enough 2. The hotel is not suitable for family 3. No kettle in the rooms 4. The breakfast is cold including the tea 5. Most rooms AC's are not working they had to change my children room 6. They separated our floor with that of our children, we complained but we were ignored. 7. The first room we were given was smelling from the toilet we couldn't stay in it and they had to change it after putting pressure on them 8. Some of the staff were kind especially Khalid and the other guy with glasses I don't know his name. 9. Drinking Water is not provided for unlike in other hotels that I have stayed 10. I am not impressed and will never stay again. 11. The location is not bad but not good for leisure mostly offices around it. 12. Cigarettes smoking is everywhere in the hotel 13. I will not recommend

I stayed here at rabat, morroco to visit family. During my stay here one of the cleaning ladies actually stole $100 from my bag. I was shocked because my uncle recommended this hotel to me but now l can't stay here anymore because I don't feel comfortable.
