the apartment very large and comfortable , and the veiw from the balcony was also great, too many resturants and shops everywhere , the sitting near the pool was quite and private and open the whole day

Hotel is a bit far (35 mins) away from the beach but there are plenty of taxis around ;)

I was excited foe the pool as the terrace view is amazing. Sadly, it was dirty and needed some cleaning, so was not able to try it.

The place is great for a family trip you can get value for money with taking the appartment. The staff were friendly, the gave us a wrong room at first but the error was rectified. It has a restaurant for fresh meat also inside the hotel and lookes delicious but haven't tried it. Overall it's a good place and the staff are kind

Language - it was a bit difficult to communicate as the reception could hardly understand any English. There was no hairdryer. Unable to connect to wifi - the reception told us wifi is only good at certain areas of the property

Convenient location - walkable distance from Tangier CTM bus station Spacious They could still accommodate us although we reached around 11pm (website said check-in was until 8pm, but there was also a sentence station 24 hour front desk) On-site restaurant - really handy but we didn’t have any meals there

Kitchen was basic bathroom tiling very bad must have been done by a child dirty bathroom we couldn't use it. Electric shock when using the tap water this place is very dangerous I told the staff but I think they already know about this issue because the washing machine was moved out

I wanted to use the stove but was not turning on.

We liked the stay. Majid was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Very close to city centre. The rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. We slept very well and was very quite. Washer was running very good.

The only real issue was the hot water. It looks like the room has its own hot water tank, and it is relatively small (compared to what I am used to while traveling or at home). So a hot shower needs to be short, or plan on taking a longer warm shower. Once I figured this out, it was not a problem for me.

I enjoyed my stay here very, very much! The room was HUGE, compared to places I had been staying at over the previous two weeks (multiple places in cities across Portugal and southern Spain), and at a lower cost. I enjoy walking very much , and so the location was perfect for me. (Several kilometers to and from the ferry and the railway stations, and the Medina.) The room's AC was excellent, and let me keep the windows closed to reduce the local street noise (which really wasn't all that loud, anyway). The towels were large and *plush*, which is a BIG bonus in my book. (I'm always surprised and sad when I find threadbare and/or scratchy towels at any lodging.) The staff didn't speak much English (and I don't speak Darija or French), but we were able to communicate effectively anyhow. The staff were always happy to see and talk to me. I felt very welcomed here.

nothing starting from the reception to the service , I called them before and i ask the person who talk to me , and i informed him that we are a family of 8 members including kids , 2 year to 10 , and old man was my father , he said yes the apartment available u can come to do check in , when i go there other man said no it's to many people u can't , u have to take the apartment and other room extra , and he was unprofessional , and bad attitude so upset of the service and the way he regattas me front of my family and dad was sick need a argent place to sleep was for night only 😡😡😡😡

my friend was in the apartment alone and the wifi stopped working. they only gave us one key so we accidentally locked her in. she was laying down and heard a woosh so she got up to check it out. upon going in to the kitchen she saw a man who had opened our kitchen window. he ran when she turned the light on. it turns out that the kitchen window did not lock. we told the front desk about it and they said it was “no problem” and refused to let us change rooms. we immediately had to book a new hotel room and leave for safety reasons.
