Cleanliness needs improvement…and I had to beg for towels which were not in the room when they assigned it to me …I had to wait until the next day to get them despite the fact that I informed the receptionist before I went out for dinner . She promised they will be in the room before I returned…the phone in the room does not work so no way to contact the reception

The value for money is not great, you are basically paying for the view and that’s it. The cleaning needs improvement, the bed sheets had stains on them and there were no towels. After calling many times at reception we managed to get towels. What bothered me the most is that they advertise on booking that the breakfast is included, but they were not serving breakfast because of Ramadan, it didn’t matter you are a foreigner. That should be made very clear on Booking so people can know what to expect before they book. All the shops around were also closed in the mornings, so not really easy to find food.

The staff were very nice and they tried their best to help, and make us comfortable . The view of the sea was beautiful and the apartment spacious.

The facilities need some refurbishment and renewal (bathrooms, kitchens in each appartment, lifts) to keep it in best conditions, and noise insulation between rooms has to be improved.

Things were a little bit surface clean. The sofa and sideboards could have done with a good scrub but the bed and sheets were all very clean. The bathroom was clean for the majority but the corners and things needed more attention.

Great view, great location on the boulevard and our balcony had a fabulous aspect. Staff were helpful and parking was very good. There was an attendant there all the time. The breakfast was good. Cooking facilities were good if you were staying longer.

It is an apartment with a kitchen, but it was missing the cutlery glasses, plates and pans. I did not need it but it was weird that it wasn't provided.

The breakfast room is too small, so it is fairly crowdy and loud. Every morning there were not enough plates or cups. One time, I had to wait 10 min for a clean cup. / No room service during my stay.

Very good location, clean, spacious and well-equipped room with a comfortable bed, warm and friendly welcome at the reception, good breakfast.

We have problems with dirty rooms and broken shower, but after a disscusion we got a new room and everything was good. So I recommend to check your room first.

Hotel is a bit tatty for the price Smelly bathroom coming from the drains Air conditioning not working. Had to leave balcony door open and the road facing room is noisy. Traffic all night.
