Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomArea far away from beach even it has private access to beach. Some work was going on, so not all facilities was open: children outdoor playing area was closed. Also to use gym facilities you need to pay for it. Dinner only includes food but drinks you need to buy separately. I understand that but then is so hot and no water offered it little bit awkward. No kettle in the room. As for family stay it is a little bit noisy.
Staff was okay, food was tasty and fresh.

United KingdomDecor o& the room was dated. View from the room was poor with an extension to the bar in the way.
Room has no view of pool or sea as promised as an extension to the bar had been built -room 1116. Room tired decor. Bed very hard for our preference. Good value though and food was ok - not too Moroccan though. Great location with lovely walks along beach within 10 mins walk.

United KingdomThe food was OK. I was hoping to get a bit more authentic moroccan cuisine but it was general international stuff. OK, but nothing to write home about. The other thing is that we were not able to put any driunks on our room meaning we had to pay for everything as we went. Quite inconvenient when it took quite a while to get servied each time.
Good city centre hotel just a 10 min walk from the beach. Not a whole lot to do in the town apart from the amazing souks for shopping. Beach is wide and long but with few amenities. The rooms lack a cozy feel but are perfectly fine. We got upgraded to a large family room with comfortable sleeping for 3 children and a large double bed in a separate room.

United KingdomHad a few hiccups , first night their card machine was not working, and also the a.c on our floor. however by the next day the upgraded us and were very helpful throughout. Definitely recommend. Also wish the pool was open at night . Closes by 7pm . ..the day is loud n full of families and young children.
Location, a few minutes walk from the beach, good food options around too. The rooms were clean! Yay!! Read a few negative reviews about the breakfast. However, there were many option's, fresh fruits, pastries, omelettes, and cereals..no complaints at all The staff were very nice and very helpful.

United KingdomThe two women at the reception desk. Gave a 59 yr old man room 134. This room is adjacent to a nightclub. For my three nights I had little sleep as the music started at 22.30 and finished at 05.00 . On the Friday night the DJ may have been in my room the music was so loud.
Most of the staff were as welcoming as we could have hopped for

United KingdomThe music by the hotels pool tended to be rather too loud. A little background music would be nice, but this was rather too loud and all day. Also the hotel’s proximity to a nightclub meant that there was music into the small hours. This was not the hotel’s fault but it was very annoying.
The hotel was clean and well presented. The facilities were excellent and the staff always helpful.

United KingdomBasic breakfast. Pool area nice however in peak season it would be very crowded.
Overall good value for money. We had a lovely family stay. The breakfast was basic and the dinner was good, everything was better than expected from reading previous reviews. This hotel is great if you’re looking for a cheap hotel to explore Agadir. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms were basic but clean. I’d happily stay at this hotel again.

United KingdomToo much dust in the rooms even though cleaned every day
Excellent hotel with great service. The rooms are clean, spacious, bright, and cleaned daily. The staff is very polite, hospitable, and friendly (not many speak English, though). We stayed in 2105 which was a nice pool and sea view room Room attendant "Rashida" was friendly as well and she made our room nice every day so big thanks to her 💐. There is an abundance of delicious fresh food - cooked, roasted, fried dishes, salads, dips, fresh fruits and vegetables, sauces, desserts, cakes, puddings, and different kinds of meat and fish. The same is true for drinks. The pool is big, with plenty of sunbeds. The sea is clean, steady, and warm -but too crowded. Overall, we would definitely come back :)

United KingdomWater was not included with the meals and needs to be paid as an extra. This is not a problem in itself but it is not well communicated by the hotel. The hotel organises some animations which goes till 11pm. For guests who does not take part, room can be noisy with loud musics.
The hotel is undergoing some renovation. Our room was an old-style but confortable...bathroom was ok but very outdated. Staff is friendly and helpful. We took the formula with dinner + breakfast included. The food was delicious and prepared with care. Abdul made our breakfast even more enjoyable with traditional Marocain tea.

United KingdomIt was a long walk to the room, inside is like a maze, but u get used to it. Can’t bring outside food into the hotel.
It’s nice and spacious, one big pool, air conditioning in all rooms, we had a suite. The shower is excellent! Room service everyday, new towels and cleaning. Money exchange at reception although the rate is a little lower than outside paces. WiFi was good from the balcony. The beach is about 10/15 mins walk depending on how fast you walk, but has shops on the way so it’s a lovely walk down. Convenient store outside of the hotel. The promenade gets sooo busy after 6pm, not sure if that’s because Ramadan just ended and everyone celebrating.

United KingdomIt is a bit dark in the room and was a bit noisy
The. hotel is close to the beach - 5-10 minutes walk and same distance from some shops and restaurants. It has pool, which works 10 am till 6 pm, but it is mostly for the kids. Had some games and shows as well every day. Room was okay with a bit old furniture. The thing what surprise me was that in the room has just a light in the corridor and next to the bed, but didn't have main light in the room. Cleaning services was good The hotel has a room for the baggage, on recaption can exchange curacy, get the towel for the pool or beach. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They speak few languages. The hotel has gim /you have to pay extra for it /, massage salon, sauna and hamam. The hotel has small private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. Breakfast was good. We visited it different time, but the best time to go is around 8.30. Good value for the money

United Kingdom*Some of the reception staff were unnecessarily rude, we arrived at 3pm to check in (this was the time noted on the booking), we were then advised it would be an extra 10min wait as the room wasn’t ready (Absolutely fine), we returned 30mins later and was then told that check in was only FROM 3pm and check in was actually 4pm. In normal circumstances this wouldn’t be a big deal but our 1 year old was in need of a nap after a long days travel. They came across as rude and condescending which really put a damper on the start of our family holiday
Excellent facilities, restaurant staff were great as was the food quality and variety

SwitzerlandNot a Hotel I would come back to!! I have to comment on the bathroom, it was really small. We are not large persons but sitting on the toilet was interesting. I shall not say more. I cannot imagine how a larger person would manage at all. It was easier to go to the toilets in the public area to be honest. Maybe this is different in other rooms but it didnt make sense to us. The shower was ample size but leaked water everywhere. Our towels were used to mop up or we slipped. the bathroom door also did not close without force and of course made a noise on the floor which wasn't pleasant at night. Our room door did not close, lock or open without force. The whole Hotel needs an update in our opinion. It looks tired and in need of some renovations and repairs. The breakfast also needs mention of the DID NOT LIKE: It was chaos. Each morning the same. The staff try hard, but the layout of the restaurant doesnt lean towards efficient service and there are ques for everything. We really enjoyed the Moroccan pancakes and fresh eggs made how you liked them. that was it. The plates were not clean and cups and glasses were always unavailable so more waiting for those. The Tea was good... The coffee awful. Yeah defo not a fan at all.
The hotel was spacious and interesting with really lovely ceiling art and was a maze of passages and a lovely stairway. Our room was really big with a lovely big balcony overlooking the beach and really good views, we were on the top floor It is in a good location for Agadir and with a taxi quick to get to attractions like the Market and such. THe beach is amazing and the Hotel has a section that is for guests only with lounge chairs, which is good to know. Pool/ Beach towels with a deposit are available. Local restaurants and night clubs in abundance. Easy walking up the beach towards the harbour and safe. The pool area was lovely and busy, we also had a spontaneous water aerobics class that was fun for all to watch and be a part of. We also had a spa treatment of body scrub and then massage which was awesome. Definitely worth it as a package treat. The room service staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient.
