Maybe the staff was not clear about restaurants in the neighborhood. Why not recommending some with vouchers ? Also while the breakfast was amazing, why not asking the guests what they would like to avoid throwing away some food ?

Property was unique! We stayed in the Charlie Chaplin suite- very clever. Spacious and very comfortable suite. Breakfast was amazing! Location of hotel good (altho we don’t know Casablanca at all) the neighborhood was very nice with good restaurants. The spa was lovely.

The restaurant wasn’t great. Too dark, someone was smoking in there, and the drinks weren’t very tasty. (My mixed drink tasted like straight gin.)

The pool is actually a whirlpool and is inside. Water is lukewarm.

The water in the bathroom was not hot enough.

Well located and all the sightseeing was within 15 to 20 min driving time. Staff was kind, smiling and always ready to help. Breakfast could be ordered into the room. We were welcomed with dry fruits and dates. The room was clean and also had a powder room attached to the sitting area.

The location was a bit further from the more touristy sites (such as the Mosque), but otherwise the walk was only about a half hour, and it was always easy to flat down a taxi.

We had an absolutely gorgeous room, with a separate sitting area, and two bathrooms. The staff was lovely, and the room service was exceptional. We also paid for services at the spa on site and had an amazing hammam and massage experience.

The hospitality was top tier. We didn’t get in until 1am, but the night concierge made sure we had a bite to eat and some Moroccan tea, both delicious. He gave us a full tour of our suite with a terrace, and then served us dinner in the guest living room with beautiful mosaics and wood-burning lamps. He gave us free-beverage vouchers for dinner the following evening. Location was prime; anything we needed was walkable. Doormen had our car ready within 30 seconds of walking into the lobby. Royal spa package was 5 hours of pure luxury and very worth the money. We would not have changed a single thing from this stay.

The breakfast could have been a little better. We had the option of eggs but would have been nice with a variety of breakfast options. Would have been good to have a kettle in the room rather than asking for hot water Everytime which is extra work for the staff too.

The room was exceptional. And the spa was amazing. Kamal was exceptional. We had a surprise cake for my daughters birthday and they catered very well.

I liked everything but because of how central the location is, there can be a bit of noise coming through if you are on a very low floor.

Staff are pretty amazing. I didn't try the breakfast but the Bastilla at their restaurant is the best I ever had. The front desk staff are very helpful/friendly. The suites are beautifully decorated and very large.
