How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Luckily i didnot find anything wrong.
Hospitality from the host were simply awesome. Beside this the house was very clean. Incase of emergency i got help from the landlord very fast.

everything was perfect.
first of all I would like to give a massive thank you to Zoha and here family for the excellent hospitality I really feel at home , the house is extremely clean every thing you need is there and more importantly there great parking space with 24H camera. great location walk distance to the beach , a lot of shops nearby and not too far from Agadir city centre. I like it here I end up extending my stay for few more day . I definitely recommend this house and will definitely coming back here again .

Nothing indeed.
The place is just so quite and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay to the maximum! Whatever we needed was either there or Nezha and her husband provided us right away after asking. The family is SUPER WELCOMING AND KIND. Their kids are well behaved and engaging, our kids loved them and still call them friends :). The meals they cooked for us occasionally were soooo delicious, we can't be possibly more grateful. With three little children we felt really comfortable and taken care of. The place is 20 mins walk from the beach, where we spent most of the time. It was great to enjoy Aourirs busy streets, so much more Moroccean than touristic.

the property is clean and everything that was needed was put out. The service was very well and everything was well pleasing.many thanks to the family of mrs Zoha and mr Lhussein, they was very caring and helpful. They was very nice and welcoming into there home, and invited us over for amazing meals.

The only things that weren't so great were the mattresses of the house which are very stiff when you're used to a more soft one. It would also be nice to have a nightstand lamp on the room. Apart from that everything was great.
Nezha and her family are extremely friendly and helpful. Made me feel at home. And even cooked for me on the last day. The apartment is located between Taghazout and Agadir which is nice. It has WiFi and the TV has all the channels you need and more. Overall great experience.

Nezha and her family are very hospitable, we felt realy safe. Apartment is clean and sizeable for family with 3 children. We hope we will come back in the future.

Nothing could be better, or just the length of our stay..
Everything was amazing. The hosts Nezha and her husband Houcine have been so kind, positive and helpful people..They helped to solve us everything.. Nothing was a trouble for them, smiling and nice all the time. Nezha picked us up at the airport, cooked couscous for us as wellcome dinner, making delicious breakfast, tajine.. She took us together with her sweet son to the beach, Houcine, her husband is nice as well, he took us to beautiful places, explaining everything about Agadir and Morocco..We had beeing treated like family members, we were feeling save, everytime we could contact them to pick us up or help with everything.. Houcine gave us a lift to the airport, solved anything. I highly recommend this place, this family to stay.

I was there with my family and Nezha was an exceptional host. We felt right at home. She picked us up at the airport and made us dinner when we arrived. She offered transportation to show us attractions in the area such as Agadir, Taghazout, Paradise Valley. Her son went swimming with us at Banana Beach. We celebrated a birthday and she brought us a wonderful and very tasty cake. To sum up, everything was perfect and we highly recommend staying in her apartment

The hot water in the shower is warmed by a gas heater, which makes it extremely difficult to balance between the scalding water & the cold one. The locals usually use a more traditional approach of first mixing hot & cold water in a big bucket & then using a bailer for bathing. We are used to it & we were fine with this, but I still bring it to the light as other people might not be expecting this.
The apartment is very spacious, with a balcony. Apart from a sleeping room it has got a dining hall, a traditional Moroccan guest room, a big kitchen & well -- a bathroom. All was neat & clean. The hosts were genuinely welcoming & willing to help. Would definitely get back again!

the stay was very satisfying and the host Nezha was very helpful, she called us every day to get news and to ask us if we were missing something and she even invited my family for an outing between wife and child which disengaged me a bit hhhhh, Thx Lot Nezha and Houssain. The Houssin family is very friendly. My children don't want to go anymore anywhere just to play with Houssain's children. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The stay is very peaceful, for sure I will come back IncheAllah.
